Es war ein gutes Hotel günstig in eine gute Lage All Inclusive lohnt sich hier.

Booked a week all inclusive here . Whilst the hotel is modern clean and 250 yds from the beach this doesn’t begin to provide the holiday we were expecting. Let’s start with the staff who in the main were polite helpful and friendly and worked extremely hard every day. Moving on to the AI buffet which had a great selection every day but unfortunately it was always cold . Cold chips are particularly grim I think but the same about pork chops chicken etc . There was a microwave available but a nuked dish isn’t the answer. Then the drinks package which is very unsatisfactory. 2 sessions per day 1 pm -2.45 pm and 7pm to 8.45 pm . During each session you could have up to 3 drinks per session. However only beer or very poor wine - no spirits included . As this was sold as AI we were extremely disappointed. Check your small print !!!! Consider this . Queues for everything and it’s April . Peak season must be difficult to say the least . Will not be returning

I enjoyed staying at the hotel, I thought all inclusive was good the food was excellent, the alcohol law was I felt a little bit of a con how can you only be aloud 6 drinks but can buy any amount over the bar. one member of my party is disabled and there was no lift down to the pool area maybe something you could consider

Stayed here for a cheap 5 night get away end of October and I wasn't expecting anything fancy as it's a 3 star but on arrival and looking over the balcony it looked more like the berut.The room was very basic and was very dusty and outdated but at the end of the day it's only a bed to sleep in for 5 nights so didn't want to make much of a fuss. The all inclusive breakfast was disgusting and ate out 4 of the 5 mornings during our stay ,all inclusive drinks don't exist as your only allowed 3 small alcoholic drinks or soft drinks with all inclusive in the afternoon but only between certain times. And you get a card which they mark when you get a drink at the bar. On exploring the sky bar it was beautiful and spent a couple of nights up there which is probably the best part about the hotel but was very disappointed as they decided to close it a couple of night with no excuse given. Each time looking about the room it became clear that the cleaners didn't do a very good job as I found rubbish,coins and toilet paper under the bed, there was cigarette ash all over the balcony which had never been cleaned on day on and it was still there on day 5 and this is why me and my partner decided to spend as much time out of the room as possible. There was two disgusting plastic chairs and no table but el arenal on a whole isn't very nice and obviously only catered for German and Dutch holiday makers. Didn't feel comfortable atall and sadly won't be back there again.. roll on next year for Palma nova.

Hotel staff from every department were friendly, helpful and welcoming. I can’t separate one department from another as we interacted with all and got an excellent response all round. We went all inclusive and I can’t separate assure you there’s something to suit everyone’s taste as they’ve a great selection. The rooftop bar and pool are very nice with really nice view, especially in the evenings. Location in perfect, few minutes from the beach and main strip, with plenty of bars restaurants etc. Huge supermarket just around the corner. Well worth a look its priced well and cleanliness is really good, if fact the hotel in run really well. I will note some this that stood out exceptionally for mention. 1) Lady that look after cleaning our room, thank you so much. (M Cruz) on room card. 2) Alexandra for looking after my wife and her cocktails in the rooftop bar. 3) Young man on reception that tried to assist with my iPhone issue. Thank you for above and beyond help. So in conclusion guys go visit, you will not be disappointed. Again thank you to all staff members in making our holiday a remarkable one. We look forward to seeing you in the future.
