We had such a pleasure time spending in this amazing hotel. As a family with mature children everyone had a place of his own for example, a Tennis court, ping pong and a gym. So if you want to have an amazing time of relaxing but at the same time do some fun activities like these then this is the right place for you to come. The food is delicious and consist such a large diversity of dishes. The hotel is clean and the housekeepers are so nice and polite having such a big smile on their faces as they are happily serve you and clean and organize the room.

I had a wonderful holiday I came with my wife and young son The food was excellent very tasty.The staff were so assisting and charming. I will definetly return to this hotel.Also the weather was great which added toour rxperienceI recomend this hotel to people travelling to Eilat

We booked 6 rooms to spend the weekend In Eilat with our family , when we arrived it was a chaos , so many people in the lobby ! The staff was very overwhelmed and very rude , we received our room which was not clean and smelled like cigarettes!! I couldn’t sit there for more than 5 minutes, we called the lobby , no one answered!! I went downstairs , the receptionist was so Rude , I don’t know how they manage this facility and host people on a daily basis with this attitude! I asked for the supervisor, she wasn’t available, I complained to someone else and they switch my room but not my kids room , they took us to the supervisor’s office , she switched my room but left my minor kids so far away from me ! I couldn’t be so far away from them so I kept the original room that smells from cigarettes!! Do yourself a favor don’t book a room in this hotel ! They Managment is horrible, I was left speechless. This is not a vacation!! They should be a shame to them self and the upper management should consider to check what’s going on on the hotel level !
