Great location ! The stuff are very polite and welcoming We want particular to praise the guy in the front desk - I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name - but he is I think Russian. Every time we asked him for help he was so nice and helpful although sometimes the lobby was very busy. Please make sure he gets this compliment.

For those who want to save on shopping and dining out -U coral beach is the perfect place.5 meals -breakfast,dinner,coffee and cake,supper,pizza stand at night,free bar from 9 till 00,entertaining programs for grown ups and kids-so no need of going out in search of fun and food.Only shop around is a small super,since the hotel is located on the suburbs of Eilat(there is also a small shop inside the hotel)/So you need a car to go places and you have a gas station across the street.Good food, a lot of variety during meals.Cleaning service is on the upper level-during the meals-lots of small children who drop food-there is always someone to take care of the mess,thank you guys! Special thanks for a guy who cleaned my room on Shabbat and made the bed-you are awesome an do a great job,cuddos!!!! Some small cons-pillows too soft for my taste-used 2 and still wasnt comfortable enough,no chairs)))We took U family superior.I give 4.5 stars

An amazing family vacation! Excellent and abundant food! Free drinks including alcohol, popsicles, slushies, activities for kids and adults – archery, trapeze, a movie with popcorn, kids’ camps that give parents peace and quiet and for the kids - lots of fun. Super impressive evening shows by a talented and acrobatic team! On top of that, there’s a perfect beach right next to the hotel with a bridge leading straight to it, a big and fun pool (even slightly heated in winter, so the kids really enjoyed it!). And the service? Outstanding! The entire hotel staff genuinely cares about making sure we’re happy all the time. We came back again and can’t wait for our next vacation! Very child ftiendly. Food 24/7. Room-like a 2 star Front desk woman-very UNFRIENDLY Location-poor! Far from the promenade. If you have kids and want to ensure them being active this is the place. Otherwise-fatral and this hotel included are deteriorating all the time!!

The hotel mostly cut all “extra inclusive” services without any prior notice and without lowering the price Food is bad, no alcohol in bars, no actions for kids … It was a mistake to pay for this hotel and visit it.

the only positive thing i can think about is the food, that was reasonable. other than that, the hotel is a big disappointment. the hotel feels old and outdated and in need of general renovation. the room was uninviting, small, dark and claustrophobic, and without basic stuff such as coffee set. the TV was very small and with bad reception. the room doesn't really fit two people. the location is far from the city center and requires bus/taxi every time you wish to do shopping or take a walk at the promenade.

We had a great passover vacation here and we will be coming back for sure, the food was good, the staff was nice and the accommodation was warm and professional. The pools were safe and clean and the beach was near by.

We stayed at this hotel on the way back from Petra and made reservation at ***********. Parking was full and we had to park at the street at no parking zone advised to move the car in the morning. This is all inclusive hotel so you have to wait for everything – half an hour to check in, long lines to one of two only elevators (with 9 floors), lines for food. Noisy, crowdy, unfriendly. I cannot imagine spending holidays there.

First I have to say that U Coral Beach is NOT the typical type of hotel I usually like to stay at. But, DH had found an excellent deal and so I agreed to try it out. I usually prefer luxury hotels, and those that are in the center of the city of Eilat, not all the way out in the boonies. So first the good stuff: The place is sparkling clean - everywhere - lobby, DR, pool, outdoor spaces, the rooms, etc. The food was incredible - fresh, tasty, plentiful, interesting, and varied. The swimming pool is huge, clean, sparkling, fresh and a real pleasure to swim in. It was a time of year that was not peak, so it was not crowded, and I was able to swim laps uninterrupted. The rooms - our room was okay, a little on the small side. The bed was comfortable, but the placement of the AC vent blows the cold air DIRECTLY on the bed, which forced us to sleep totally covered to prevent waking with a stiff neck or arm. There is no balcony. The bathroom was nice, well appointed, and the shower was a walk-in shower, which we love. Back to the AC - it was weird in how it worked. It either blew super cold air or not at all. Access to our room was not ideal - we were on the 2nd floor and it is the ONLY floor which is not accessed via an elevator - meaning we had to shlep our luggage up or down the stair. To be fair, though, if we request assistance with that, they come pretty quickly and carry EVERYTHING. The pool and private beach closing hours left something to be desired - closing at 5 pm, just when the temperature is at it nadir!! The hotel is one which offers "activities" and this includes "aqua-cise" - to the beat of HORRIBLE, EAR-SHATTERINGLY LOUD "music". We were sitting on the terrace during this, playing cards and the music was so bad, I could not even THINK! The private beach is not well maintained, it was desolate, no shade provided, barely any chairs. It could be like that during the off-season, though. One last negative note: on our last day, at breakfast, there was NO BUTTER! Zip, zilch, kloom, nada. Incredible....

Pros:The hotel is nice even though it feels outdated, the food is great, the rooms are nice. Cons: people are smoking around the pool and around the kids pool, i even met a guy smoking an e sigareth in a theater - all are agians the law but no one cares. The pool area is dirty and animal are eating the leftovers during the entire day. No one care or even trying to handle the smoker even around the kids. I total, we had a great family time, but i don't think we'll come back to this hotel again.

The most special experience I have ever had in an Israeli hotel .service of staff was incredible and felt like family . Hard to find a hotel with such high quality standards but also makes a personal experience for each guest. Thank you Tal and Liran

My friends and I couldn't stop talking about how awesome this hotel is. All Inclusive just went up to another level in our books. Everything is fantastic, (and yes we did get treated to a platter of fruits and wine as we entered our room) from the 5 star accommodations to the most gourmet buffet extravagant cuisines, constant non stop unlimited food refreshments and drinks, yes i mean spiked up beverages too which you can enjoy all day and night long from 6 am until 12 am at a fully loaded bar with the craziest cocktails like you feel like you are in the tropicals. Not to mention the slushes ice coffees and cappuccinos that are available to you at your own convenience. And don't forget you will have a bar by the pool and beach as well. Numerous of exciting and crowd pulling shows musical and dance performances innovative activities sports and lots of fun especially catered to the family and kids. With the many talented skilled and friendly staff members and personnel (Shout Out to Roberto, Chen and Shai) at the hotel you won't know what hit you, like wow they are all single handedly picked out to give all the guests here an entertaining fun and amusing time and experience. No wonder this place knows what they are doing because they have Tal (vp) and Liran (director) on top, administering the entire hotel so smoothly with such authentic care and professionalism. We felt at home away from home here, it's like one big welcoming and warm family. It was hard to leave such amazing place and we can't wait to be back soon! Aujourd’hui je vais vous parler d’un Hôtel à eilat en Israël qui sapel u coral beach que nous venons de quitter aujourd’hui c’est tous d’abord un hôtel magnifique je vous le recommande à tous surtout pour les famille sa a été pour moi et ma famille et mes amis avec qui nous avons été le meilleur hôtel de eilat une expérience à couper le souffle avec une équipe de folie la nourriture est incroyable on mange vraiment bien et à tout heure les activités et l’ambiance de folie chaque soir un spectacle digne des grande scène américaine un sans faute et je voudrais remercier tous particulièrement à deux jeune femme Ofira et lilach pour leur accueil et leur service tout au long de notre séjour merci encore je reviendrai très prochainement
