tooo far away from city, transportation takes up half of my day. all delayed. service is normal. laundry abnormally and extremely expensive.

the bed was a bit old and not that comfortable but the staff were friendly.

酒店外觀內部不是很現代化，但是很溫馨，是寵物友善酒店，櫃檯人員很nice,還推薦我們附近的意大利餐廳，飯店櫃檯認證，慢步走到餐廳，很期待 早餐也很棒，回台灣的早餐慢慢享受，留下了happy ending!

The hotel is practical and value for money, with spacious rooms and easy parking. Staff is always friendly and helpful. What should be improved are : new matress, better bread products for breakfast. Around Egelsbach the choice of hotels is small.

Achat Hotel Egelsbach is situated in an industrial area, so the surroundings aren’t super. Despite that it is a rather nice hotel, but definitely not 4-star. It is quiet and peaceful, the room was clean but the bathroom a little dated. - We have stayed in 3-star hotels that would compete with this hotel. No air-con and clean towels only on request. The main issues for us were: - the lighting. There were only two possibilities, either ALL lights were on or they were off. One of us prefer to read in bed, often rather late, but this was not possible because then the other half could not sleep as all lights had to be on. We have never experienced such a system before. And yes, we checked with the reception, but there was nothing to do about it. - the bathroom. You had to get into the bathtub to shower. Not very modern and definitely not for us, as we are older and getting into a bathtub is difficult and rather dangerous as you easily can slip. - the breakfast: There weren’t many guests but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t get full service, especially considering the price of the breakfast. There were only very small plates, no proper plates. No brewed tea, just teabags and hot water. Two sorts of juice. There were just a few pieces of every item, for example (over an hour before the breakfast time was over), there was one slice of tomato left and this was in August (when there are huge amounts of affordable tomatoes around). And they didn’t fill up with anything. The staff spoke only German so asking for something was not an alternative for us. – I highly recommend for those in charge of the breakfast a visit to a 3-star hotel in Scandinavia belonging, for example, to the Scandic-chain in any small town. You might get ideas how to improve yours. We did not use the restaurant in the evenings so can’t comment on that. There are quite a few steps from the street, so if you have mobility issues, the place is not convenient for you. We will probably not return to Achat.

geräumige Zimmer incl. Badezimmer, leider ohne Minibar/Kühlschrank, die Betten/Matratzen sind zu weich, Teppichfussboden, im Sommer sollten unbedingt die Zimmer im 1. Stock reserviert werden, weil die Räume im 2. Stock schon unter dem Dach liegen (keine Klimaanlagen!)

Wir hatten eine ÜN in diesem Hotel in einem völlig überhitzten Zimmer unter dem Dach. Es gab zur Abhilfe einen kleinen elektrischen Ventilator, der die Luft unzureichend gequirlt hat. Ein Dachfenster konnte immerhin gekippt werden, doch die Nacht war trotzdem unangenehm zu warm. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und er Teppichboden stark abgenutzt. Das Frühstück wäre normalerweise ausreichend gewesen, wenn nicht vor uns bereits eine türkische Reisegesellschaft über das Buffet hergefallen wäre. Es gab kein Ei mehr und die gerade frisch nachgefüllten Croissants waren in Windeseile weg. Am Nachbartisch lagen 7 Croissants für 1 Paar auf 2 Tellern. Als ich wieder hinschaute waren sie verschwunden. Ich kann nur vermuten, dass sie in der Handtasche landeten. Dafür kann das Hotel nur bedingt etwas. Ich glaube aber, dass es das Hotel inzwischen nötig hat, solche Gruppen mit niedrigem Niveau anzunehmen und muss dazu sicherlich sehr günstige Preise abgeben. Das ist allerdings Spekulation. Wir waren jedenfalls enttäuscht und kommen garantiert nicht noch einmal.
