Enjoy a 3 bed 2.5 bath mountain home with spectacular views of the rock bald and reedy patch creek below. House features two large decks and a patio. Three private bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. A large basement includes a pool table, second living room and a set of bunkbeds. The dining room feels suspended in the trees and provides great birdwatching opportunities. Open layout of the kitchen and living room area allows everyone to gather around for meals, catch a sunrise, or watch the fog roll over the river. Five minute drive to Chimney Rock State Park and Lake lure area. Large fire pit area at bottom of the property sits beside the creek and provides a great place to gather and cook smores. 20 minute drive to Downtown Hendersonville. 30 min drive to Asheville. House has 5 TVs with multiple channels. High speed Wifi. Washer and dryer. Air conditioning and heat. SAFEST HOUSE ON THE MOUNTAIN
Such a beautiful view and peaceful surroundings! Regardless of the situation, couldn't have asked for a better place to ride out a storm.

Bat Cave
Absolutely wonderful, the area, the house, very close to so many things to do. We will.definately be returning to the area and plan on staying here again, only for a longer stay for our next visit.

Good
Property was in great location. The only complaint i have is the road leading up to the house. My truck made it fine but my son had some issues because of the huge holes in the gravel.

Wedding Weekend
Property was as advertised, clean and functional. Close to where we needed to be and in a very quiet area. We drive a two-weel drive Suburban and I did find the state-maintained access road to the property a bit difficult but functional. I would rent this property again.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful time in this lovely cabin. Everything about it was great. Lots of space, fabulous views from all windows. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen with coffee, snacks, condiments, etc. Excellent communication with the host. There is so much to see and do in this area and it's great to just chill out at the cabin with so many choices of deck areas and the firepit down by the river. We loved our stay here and hope to come back. Thank you, Kenny, for providing such a great place to stay

Enjoyed this location
Thank you for sharing your home with my family. We enjoyed the views and the close proximity to the river. We didn’t utilize the fire pit area, but it looked very nice. The location is so close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Our favorite hangout was at Chimney Rock Brewery. We had a very quiet and peaceful stay.

Great value, plenty of space, at a good price.
We stayed because the rental was close to our family. We could get together to enjoy each other, then retreat to our own space.

Great Place
Enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Plenty of space and was close enough to the village and Chimney Rock to get out of the house for a little while.
