Great hotel, service and breakfast. Breakfast at this hotel is within the hotel and not the restaurant next door. I always find the breakfast so much better when provided within the hotel. Will definitely be back. Also, only a few minutes away from a retail park with plenty of food places and shops too.

We recently stayed for a little getaway, and let’s just say the experience was exceptional in every way. The room was spacious, the bed was sturdy (very important!), and the soundproofing? Let’s just say it did exactly what we needed it to. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were welcoming but not intrusive, and the hotel bar was the perfect spot to relax and unwind before heading upstairs for… well, more fun. The lighting in the room set a great mood, and the shower pressure was just right for a much-needed refresh afterward. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d definitely come back for another intimate getaway. Highly recommend for couples (or adventurous threesomes) looking for a discreet yet comfortable setting.

Had most of what you can come to rely on at a Premier Inn good price and clean comfortable room. However my room was a bit more tired than I would normally expect as one of the lights wasn’t working and there was definite signs that damp in the bathroom had caused damage around the skirting boards which were rotting, however the room was clean. I was disappointed not to have a choice of decaf coffee and herbal teas in the room At breakfast the coffee machine wasn’t working and I was disappointed not to have the option of vegetarian sausages at breakfast possibly they are available if you ask for them but when you are in a hotel for work it’s good to have a cooked breakfast ready to go so as it was a self-service breakfast there was no waiting around for breakfast to be served so that was great. The hotel is close to a railway line and a road so it is rather noisy so I would recommend bringing earplugs. However it is very convenient for getting into Edinburgh as a train station is close by and it’s only a 10 minute train ride.

What can I say about this place from the moment we arrived we was welcome great staff only wish all premier inns had the same hospitality the breakfast at this place is amazing what a choice.. the cuddie brae thanks Melissa great food n service.

The hotel was just what we needed as a base for going to the theatre and the Christmas market. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and courteous. It was nice to have both bath and shower. We had the cooked breakfast and there was plenty of choice and it was well stocked. The room was a little cooler than my liking I'm nesh but perfect for my daughter who is nott
