Apartment距離市中心有半小時車程，但樓下有巴士直去市中心，還算方便。 apartment設備齊全，有煮食工具，房間很大。但高層單位（5樓）廁所水壓不足，單位裝修較舊，使用儲水式熱水爐，如果多人沖涼，需要等一陣。 自助check in，check out， 交齊資料和£100按金後會提供信箱密碼攞鎖匙。用信用卡支付按金，check out之後5至10日會退回錢，但如果唔係用英國銀行戶口唔知銀行會唔會收手續費。

We were very happy with our stay at Ocean Serviced apartments. The apartment is spacious and secure with secure parking at no extra cost( we had 2 cars). We had 2 bedrooms one had a ensuite plus a separate bathroom with a bath. As we were 2 couples in our 60’s this was very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and you can have single beds or they can join them together to make a large kingsize. It is great you have the choice. The lounge had comfy settees and a lovely open view with no one overlooking us. The small kitchenette had all that we needed for our short stay. The apartment was warm and plenty of hot water and it was very quiet. The instructions to access the apartment and about the apartment are very comprehensive and the administrator/receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. She (Anna) responded to all our communications promptly and efficiently. It is a 15/20 minute walk to the Ocean terminal ( where the Britannia is and some shops/supermarket) where you can get the tram from there all the way to Princes Street . Waverley railway station and to the airport. There are also good buses very close by to get to the city centre. We got taxis back after midnight and it was £14 , the next evening it was before midnight and it was £11. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend them to our friends.

First time using Ocean Serviced Apartments, and thankfully the lock box for getting keys etc, worked fine. Communication via email was good and any queries prior to visiting were dealt with promptly. Car park underneath was spacious and secure. Four of us were in the penthouse apartment which was huge! Very clean and comfortable, extremely well equipped and had stunning harbour views. It was great to just leave the car and use the bus into Edinburgh, which runs every 12 mins and is just across the road. Only one gripe, and that was the shower in the double bedroom - shower head wasn’t fixed on so we used the one in the other bedroom. Double bed was very comfortable. Welcome goodies were a lovely touch! Would definitely stay again - just a shame check in is late (4pm) and check out is early (10am). I understand why these times are set, but it does make for an expensive stay if it’s just for one night.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Our shower didn't drain properly but that wasn't really a problem. The apartment had plenty of plates and cutlery and we cooked there on both nights. The check out system is a PAIN. Especially when the late fee is £100 per hour. There was a queue of people having trouble working the electronic lock box system. Which is ridiculous as there is an office right next door which could do things much more easily. Talking of hundred quids - it wasn't made apparent before booking that you then had to give a further £100 deposit before they would give you a code to enter the building. Why not just include this in your booking price? Again, you could make things easier for yourselves. The area in Leith is lovely though, obviously "up and coming" as there is a lot of work going on, but I would imagine in 5 years this will be the place to be. Thanks for the hospitality, the apartment was spotless and had plenty of space. Ubers are £10 to the botanical gardens / train station and there are very regular number 11 buses to take you into town.

Having lived in Western Harbour for 5 years, just up the street, I knew it was a fantastic location and staying here while visiting our friends and all our favourite spots meant it felt a bit like being at home again. The price was pretty reasonable as it has 2 bedrooms which was good for our 7 month old. And gave us space to chill out when she went to bed. However the check in / check out is a ball ache. The over complicated lock box system didn’t work for check in or check out and you need to read about 3 emails for check in and another 2 for check out, for it to then not work. The staff always helped, why not just say drop your keys with staff and use the over complicated system for out of hours only. A 4pm check in is late for a n property run like a hotel not an AirBnB. And even worse is a 10am check out. And the emails all say if you’re late checking out you’re getting a £100 fine. For a business that is run like a hotel with a reception etc, you should have more reasonable approach interacting with guests and not making them scared of being even 5 mins late out and when I arrived at 15:55 the machine saying I could not get my key until 16:00. Also left my iPhone charger in my room which they have not contacted me about so at best their customer service is so poor they have not contacted me or at worst the cleaner has stolen it.
