Poor Stay Experience Review: During my stay at your hotel from February 1st to 3rd, I encountered multiple unpleasant incidents. Firstly, the heating in my room was not turned on in advance, the switch was poorly designed without clear instructions, and the curtains covered the heating unit at night, severely affecting its efficiency and causing a significant drop in room temperature. This not only affected my comfort but also my health during the stay. Secondly, a serious security breach occurred when someone used a key to open the first door of my room. Thankfully, we had secured the secondary door with a safety chain, preventing full access. Such a security lapse is unacceptable for a hotel claiming "four-star standards." Additionally, on the morning of my departure, I faced extremely unprofessional behavior from a housekeeping staff member. Her conduct lacked basic courtesy, was impatient, and she stood frowning with arms akimbo, which was not only uncomfortable but also raised concerns of possible discrimination. Lastly, the luggage storage service was highly unsatisfactory. My luggage was to be placed in an open, unsupervised area in the lobby, which is far below the standards expected of a “four-star service” hotel. Given these severe issues, especially the alarming security breach, I demand a thorough investigation by your hotel, including police involvement. If these concerns are not satisfactorily addressed, I am prepared to escalate this matter to relevant external authorities. I look forward to your prompt and formal response, including a proposed compensation plan.
