Good location, will recommend

Location is brilliant, the room is exactly as per describe, hotel staff are super helpful, would defo recommend this

Great central location. New modern room. Comfortable mattress . The toilet could have better closing door without gap. Extremely small room very limited space to open luggages etc.

Easy to check in and quick. Only water pump sounds noisy after finished the toilet and pump sounds happening when next room uses it.

superb hotel and service.Very accomodating staffs.

Nice place to stay

房間太小但還實用緊湊，在市中心這個價位也還可以了。房間裏沒有熱水壺，熱水要去一樓餐廳去打，很不方便。衞生一般，地毯顏色都是黑色的像好多年沒清洗過。 地點不錯，從我們的房間就能看到愛丁堡城堡

20年來每次到愛丁堡，我都會選擇住在玫瑰街，即使民宿或快捷酒店，這次我選擇住在這個酒店，房間雖小五臟俱全很衞生安靜，一樓的酒吧很温馨提供酒水簡餐及免費的咖啡和茶。周圍環境很好出去就是酒吧餐館商業街非常熱鬧，酒店，火車站，公交車，公園，皇家城堡等等，所以下次我仍然會選擇住在這個酒店😜👌👍

從火車站步行過來，拖着大行李箱也就10分鐘，就在王子街背面，地理位置絕佳。非常乾淨，早餐麪包，水果，咖啡等也可以了。我是連住三晚，非要缺點就是很小，我一個人住沒事，二個肯定不行

先說地理位置吧，在王子街直走到national gallery轉右進去 你會看到JD，前面有一個小路口拐進去就可以看到酒店了 硬性規定只能三點後才可以checkin，可以自助check in或者等人工 原來我訂房間沒有選有早餐，後面額外➕了，£6/人，價格公道，就是吃的選擇有限 房間裡面可以說啥都沒有，但是如果像我一個人出行，則足以。為的是有一個睡覺的地方 而且乾淨，地理位置還蠻方便的

房間太小了...設施很新，樓下免費的咖啡很不錯

住2晚只是提供1支350ml 水給你。 你需要自行落G/F refill，太不放便！ 另外此房間洗澡和洗手液放置有問題！ 在洗手盆旁放洗澡液！沖涼間內是洗手液！ 第二天早上已通知reception ，但第二晚沒有改善！

Apparently the bigger rooms don't come with the assurance of more space. According to their website their bigger rooms have "All the clever design, entertainment and comfort of our standard room just a bit, well, bigger. There’s extra space, a luxurious king-size bed, a 40” TV** and a desk and chair". We had an extended trip across different countries so were traveling with large bags and knew we'd need the extra space. We booked a bigger room at the Hub Rose Street Edinburgh expecting more space for a more comfortable stay. Sadly, this was not the case. After my partner and I spent 4 days literally falling over each other, we walked past a room on the same floor that was being cleaned to discover a room that was far more spacious. When I queried this at the front desk I was advised that some bigger rooms are bigger than others. The explanation provided for this is that the floor plan of this particular hotel and size of the bed determine the additional space. We essentially paid the same price as the "bigger, bigger" room but got a far smaller room. It would seem that rooms at the far end of the hallways are the "smaller bigger" rooms. See the floor plan picture attached. So if you're allocated one of these, immediately request another room because you're effectively being ripped off paying for a bigger room which isn't really bigger it just has a bigger bed and isn't as they state "just a bit, well, bigger".  How shoving a bigger bed into a smaller floor space qualifies the room as a bigger room is beyond me. Essentially all they are doing is making the space smaller. They should be transparent in their "policy" then and call it a bigger bed room not a bigger room because the floor space definitely didn't qualify as more space. There was approximately 40cm on each side of the bed and about 70cm between the foot of the bed and the desk. In addition to being ripped off by paying for a bigger room but getting the "smaller" version, the room was filthy. The carpet is disgusting, the bathroom is no better. Mold, gunge in the spaces of the shower doors and some scary looking fluff congealed above the mirror. The air con unit was also damaged. We reported it on the first day, when we left it was still exactly the same. They also need to consider washing their duvet inners more regularly. Fortunately I always travel with my own travel linen so I didn't have to touch theirs. Rather pay that bit more for the real Premier Inn if you're looking for a comfortable stay.

Great location, nicely decorated and clean room. Comfy bed and quiet room. Easy to operate instrument panel and controls. There are plenty of supplies of teas and coffees at the cafe downstairs. Easy check in and out process. It is slightly pricey for one night stays during the week but understandable due to the central location.
