One of the heaters were not working , first two days I was a bit cold however the hotel service sent someone to fix afterwards. Room side is amazing and it’s a great big room.

Did the job required, can’t say much else made it worth the price. The nightly fee was clearly super inflated for new year, as we paid something like £300 a night. Location however was great!

Would avoid. Hotel is situated above a nightclub which closes at 3am. Music reached our our room on the second floor. Couldn't sleep until after it closed. Hotel itself isn't bad value and is in a great location, only 15 minute walk from all the main sites. If the nightclub wasn't downstairs, I'd stay again.

Ideal location and walkable to places of interest. Please note that the reception is located at a separate entrance.

It's clean and located in a good place.It’s better if it offers slippers and teeth brushes.

Excellent location- perfect for shoppings, sightseeings by walk, bus stop just right below the hotel to Airport. Good customer service and rooms were worthy for the price, Very good budget hotel right in citycenter

The room was quite clean in general. The upper bunk was a bit dusty but acceptable. The location is perfect for travellers who want to walk around the city without using any transport but it’s close to a bar so it could get quite noisy at night. Service was great :)

it’s close to the main station. for facilities, the shower is bad, couldn’t take a good shower coz the water temperature keeps changing cold and hot.

Check in was smooth and it was a great location but far too expensive for a budget hotel! Stones throw from the Johnny Walker distillery.

In understand policy’s on cancellation are in place for a reason but I was hoping for a bit of sympathy and understanding over Storm Eowyn. We were unable to cancel/modify and didn’t get our money back from the hotel.

This apartment was in an excellent location. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and cosy. The kitchenette is well stocked and would suit self-catering for an entire stay. We had an apartment in the corner of the building and we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. There is a nightclub in the basement so if you're sensitive to noise, take ear plugs as the dull thud of music goes on until 3am every night. The bedroom has a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a safe. There's an iron and ironing board, and even a fan and plug in heater. The staff were friendly and available 24/7 for any assistance. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Edinburgh.

Very small room for a family with two kids, but great location close to everywhere.

Good location, all attractions place within working distance 10-20 minutes.

The british in the group would say it's alright. I'd say it is AWESOME.
