No32 Hotel

衞生很糟糕，床單上還有毛髮。房間擺了幾張殘舊沙發及地毯，不如不擺。洗手間的廁紙直接擺在地上，直接無語🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️。車位是路邊車位，停車也衹是週末才有免費，非週末白天是要付錢的。

Normally not one to leave a bad review and understand that things happen. We had a challenging experience from start to finish with our stay here. We arrived to find that we had no room when we should have had an extended stay, waited an hour to find that they had no way to help us and had to find new last-minute accommodations. We were also informed this same issue had happened for other bookings as well. The staff said that a previous employee had mistakenly shifted our stay instead of adding an additional day and was no longer under their employ. As a result they didn’t have space for us or any way to resolve the initial challenge. When we went back to check in the next day we couldn’t get into the building or get anyone on the phone and were left waiting outside in the rain for about 15 minutes. The person who checked us in was apologetic but didn’t have any information about promises to resolve the missing night, only promised not to charge us for the night we weren’t there. At the beginning of the issues we had been promised a free night’s stay for the difficulty upon arrival but instead were told our bill was nearly double the original amount when we checked out. The nightly price error was corrected when we showed proof with our original booking confirmation. However, the promised correction for all the challenges was only partially corrected after another long discussion with a 10% discount on the total cost. Aside from all the booking issues, the towels were stained and when we left them to be changed out, the dirty towels were hung up for reuse instead of replaced. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. Throughout the two day stay it was quite apparent that everyone there does not communicate with each other and a clear message was not received on difficulties we experienced.

The location was nice, walkable to restaurants and shops. The hotel is older, but adequate. There is a bar and tables set for breakfast but oddly, no one was there and by looking into the kitchen you could tell it wasn’t being used. I would like to recommend they ask their (very nice, friendly) man that cleans the room to be aware of his body odor. Our first night was okay sleeping but the second night was awful. We were wakened at 11pm by loud pounding music. We thought it was next door. At 5am my husband went downstairs and found that the hotel manager and a friend were playing loud blasting music. He walked in on them to their surprise. My husband was furious with them. The manager was totally loaded, and oblivious to our comfort. They had no idea they were affecting anyone, responding “I’m so sorry” at least 8 times. We got no sleep that night, checked out the next morning very tired. We wrote out our complaint and left it with the pleasant young woman at the desk who seemed completely surprised by what we told her. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was our experience. I hope your experience will be different.
