The hotel has a great location for frequent business trips for me. The property is in great shape. No problems in the rooms I have stayed in so far. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes. Easy location to move around from. Going back next week!!

Super friendly and helpful staff! We. Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and is was lovely! The pool wasn't open as it's currently under renovation, however it didn't affect us as we were just staying one night. My sunglasses fell out of my bag as were leaving very early in the morning. The front desk called me asking if they were mine. Talk about great customer service!!! We learned upon our arrival that they don't have a shuttle service to the airport (I booked through a 3rd party). It was easy enough to get a Lyft. I highly recommend this hotel!!

I stayed on this Hotel 3 days, the Front desk staff are friendly especially the manager in the Moring she was excellent, professional with genuine smile, the sofa bed was dirty so she immediately change my room, breakfast was excellent and always lots of verities, summing pool was clean also I was so happy there was a hot top. My kids enjoy the pool and spent almost every summing daily. The Hotel up for renovations as I been told. Thank you for talking care of us, I will be definitely back in the future stays.

Very nice hotel. Easy & welcoming checkin. Clean, comfortable & quiet stay. Room 429 (king suite) 9/2-9/3. There’s an Osaka Hibachi Grill place right next door also. Breakfast area was busy, the gals taking care of breakfast did a great job keeping everything refreshed & available.

Overall happy with our stay. Room was a little cramped and showing some minor signs of wear but it was clean, in a safe area, beds were great, staff was excellent (everyone so friendly and fast response for requests for towels and lightbulb change), breakfast was good, and the price was right. We did not use the pool area or fitness room. Special kudos to the breakfast staff. It was SO busy and only one lady to cover it all. But they were pleasant and hussled to keep up with replenishing and cleaning despite being inundated with questions and requests.

Being our first time at a Springhill Inn we didn’t know what to expect. Reception was friendly and efficient. Although the room was clean we found the room to be rather cramped in some areas. Especially around the two beds. The beds were close to each other as well as the walls, closed, dresser (TV stand). The sitting area was tight if you need full use of the sofa because there are two tables that sit in front of the sofa. If you pull them out in order to sit in the middle of the sofa they are to close to the 2nd TV and stand. Beds were firm. It took a while for hot water to reach the 3rd floor. The lavatory sink was very loose and swiveled around. The microwave did not work. The window was so dirty you couldn’t see out it. I think they were double paned and the seal is broken allowing moisture and dirt to get between the two panes. Looking out the window is like looking out a frosted glass.

This hotel is in rough shape. Our room has a stained tub, peeling and bubbling paint, a stained couch, damaged wood furniture, and a noticeable smell. For the same price there are plenty of options within 15 minutes that are updated, clean and conveniently located.

Reserved a 1 King w/sofa bed room for a business trip. There is no way the bed was actually a king size. The layout of the room was well thought out. Separate living, working, sleeping, and bathroom spaces worked very well for the room. The TV was old and small, but it worked. Can't complain. Breakfast was an average continental hotel breakfast. The staff was very friendly and immensely helpful. There is a grocery store and a Japanese restaurant that are easy to walk to. One negative was the bathroom didn't seem to have any ventilation, so towels that were wet from a morning shower were still wet at night. Get extra towels and you should be all set. Unsure what is on the window... Not that the view would have been great anyways. Overall decent stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting various attractions. The front desk staff were accommodating and polite. Our room was as expected, two queen beds with a pull out couch. The room was clean, even the extra bedding for the pull out. We did need to request additional blankets which were brought up quickly. The included breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts we have experienced at other hotels in the past. The location was ideal, plenty of dining and shopping close by. The drive to Mall of America and Valleyfair were both easy and fast. Would recommend to anyone.
