Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

Incredible experience. Rooms are a bit dated but still very nice and perfectly clean. Resort overall was wonderful. Food was great, a wide range of drinks were available, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Lots of seaweed on the beach/in the water so its unswimmable - at least in the summer - but there are pools all over the resort, and there is a short shuttle ride to a beach on the east side of the island with clear water. Would recommend this to anyone and would definitely return. Stayed here with our 18-16-14 year old kids and they loved it.

Let me start off by saying that I am not one to write reviews.I read every recent review in the weeks leading up to our trip even the ones posted the day before our trip. We got back yesterday so this is a really recent review. With that said, my family and I had a great time at the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa. Yes, the seaweed is a problem. However, we knew that going in. It is everywhere in the Atlantic and NOT the resorts fault. They do a great job of removing it so I will not consider that in my review. For starters, Shirlanda and everyone at the concierge were excellent. It pleasantly surprised me that even when we checked out yesterday, they asked about our son by name and had only met him the first day on check-in. Attie and Maxwell at the Adventure Desk were awesome as well. As for the excursions, we did not get to do any thru the resort. Everyone we booked, did not have enough people so the resort could not allow us to book them thru them. Therefore, we had to hire a taxi, and pay for it and the excursions ourselves. With that said, it worked out better in the end. Even with hiring a taxi for a half day and a full day, we saved a little bit of money compared to what we would have paid thru the resort. In addition, we got a more personalized, private tour. We saw and did more than we would have done if we went with the hotel excursions. Everyone at the resort was super friendly and said hello in passing which was nice.

We originally were booked here at harmony and it really wasn’t our vibe. We switched over to serenity at coconut bay and boy are we glad we did. It was worth every penny and we were treated like royalty. Very clean , 5 star cuisine, and the best team for all our needs. I will definitely stay here again.

Words truly can not express the hospitality services from front desk to every area of the resort. I will be returning. Thanks for everything!

Really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Bay. The staff is wonderful. We enjoyed the food choices and the pools. The beach had a lot of sargassum so they had a shuttle to a nearby beach, which we really enjoyed. They had chairs and drinks for us at the nearby beach. For the most part, the drinks were good. We had a few that were not, but it’s all-inclusive so we just ordered something else. The shows and activities were fun. We really liked the petting zoo. Only problem we had is that the place doesn’t seem to have enough towels, both beach and bath towels. Kept running out.

Coconut Bay was an unforgettable experience, everything was excellent. Definitely visiting again.
