We had multiple issues with our 7 nights stay. Which some has been addressed and fixed immediately. One thing we do recommend to confirm check upon arrival or when booking. Lack of view - we’ve booked the 1 bedroom premium room. From the pictures it looked like floor to ceiling big windows with open view but we were assigned to a room situated in the heritage floors (2nd) which the windows are 1.5m high so have to tippy toes to see the view. Limited sunlight also, bathroom has no window. Issues we encountered 1) hall way light - wasn’t working on the first night when we checked in at 11pm. We couldn’t even find our room number cause it was so dark, we used the torch on our phone. Wasn’t a nice first impression if you are scared of dark hallways. The sensor was fixed the next day. 2) phone wasn’t working - so we couldn’t contact the front desk. We got in late with a toddler, so we put on ‘do not disturb’ sign but someone banged the door at 8am, to reach us to ‘fix the issues’. Not sure why can’t they just slip us a note under the door. 3) so many flies - the breakfast restaurant have serious pest issues. There were more than 10 flies flying around the buffet and the tables. We didn’t feel comfortable eating there after one visit. The whole duration of the meal, we were waiving off the fly. Major hygiene concern! 4) housekeeping was very average, barely cleaned the room daily. Only made the bed. 5) overall the staff were all friendly, special appreciation to the male staff at the breakfast room. The lady duty manager didn’t seem friendly, carries an attitude and likes to talk over you. Location is great, round the corner from the tram line. Will I stay again, most likely not. Feels more like a 4 star hotel, definitely not 5 star.

This hotel is conveniently located between the CBD and the eastern suburbs of Fitzroy and Collingwood.  This hotel is the former headquarters of the Salvation Army so the hotel has a very nice entrance.  Staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are comfortable and spacious.  The hotel features a gym and a swimming pool that is good for lane swimming but not leisure swim.  The rooms are nice but it is worth mentioning that unless you get the more expensive rooms you will face a wall and will have partial views only.  All in all, I would recommend this hotel due to its location and price/value.

What a wonderful way to kick start the new year! Thank you Lanson team for the wonderful staycation with my family. Great service, exceptional room cleaning, excellent location. Could not ask for more and definitely highly recommended.

Lovely rooms, beautiful swimming pool and spa, very conveniently located next to Parliament station. The staff are super friendly and helpful

Hotel is great and staff were very friendly and helpful. Only issue was parking which was very expensive at the Wilson's parking next door.

The towel was full of threads flying everywhere in the room.

Loved this place and will definitely come back again when back in Melbourne.

酒店位置不錯，地鐵，公交電車都很方便，其實墨爾本也沒那麼大，很多景點多走走也到，房間免費提供飲用水，每次出門經過酒店大堂，工作人員都很有禮貌又熱情

房間感覺還不錯，符合價位，就是感覺酒店設施有點不方便，沒有停車場旁邊衹有一個wilson，早餐選擇性比較侷限不過很便宜39刀一人也不能要求什麼，總體來説還不錯的一家酒店適合短途旅行

酒店很新，設施也齊全。很喜歡香港的Lanson Place，墨爾本新開的也同樣帶來回家的感覺，房間裏有洗衣機，對長途旅行來説真的是加分項。早餐餐廳的服務很好，每個人都很熱情細緻。我們定了兩個房間，在退房的那天早上想問酒店要個1小時的延時退房，前台有位女士很官方地回答不可以，今天滿房了。旁邊的先生很友善地詢問我們的需求，答應可以一個房間幫忙做延時。雖然女士沒有做錯什麼，但適度的靈活性可能會給服務帶來温度，特別是酒店行業。

大洋路自駕回市區，酒店地處市中心，周邊免費電車路網發達便利，房間很新，服務很好，早餐種類不多但品質很高，兩個大床房一家三口無壓力，如果不想走馬觀花，墨爾本city walk2-3天才能完成市區內的所有景點。

各方面都很滿意，窗外 設施：很全，還有洗衣機和烤箱。 衞生：很乾凈 環境：窗外就是公園很漂亮 服務：服務人員很熱情 唯一缺陷就是沒有停車場，要聽到後面Wilson，比較貴

此行最滿意酒店，住了四晚。 地理位置優越，市中心的安靜一角。步行幾分鐘可到墨爾本博物館和parliament,過馬路就可以坐free tram。 視頻為客廳窗景。 設施齊全完善，配了洗衣機和Miele烤箱，很適合一家人小住。 早餐簡單但也精緻温馨，會主動給小朋友提供熱巧克力。 毛巾柔軟，給孩子加的床，也是好的床墊，支撐非常好。 攜程訊息錯誤，希望及時修改。酒店不是3米超大床，是1.8米；也沒有兩張1.8米床的房間，雙床應該是0.9米。
