Friends were telling me that location was an issue but I didn’t find it a hassle cos I could just hop on Grab to go anywhere. When I arrived I was greeted by the guard and the front desk personnel. Unfortunately I didn’t remember their names but they were the nicest people I’ve ever met in Jakarta. Hotel room was great although there were issues with the AC, the night duty personnel was quick to resolve the issue by giving me another room. I didn’t even have to go to the lobby to get this arranged. The staff came up and gave me a card to another room. Breakfast was a little disappointing as they didn’t refill the food in a timely manner but I wasn’t too worried cos I could just order food from somewhere else. I did feedback to them about the breakfast and the duty manager was quick to compensate me with a later check out on my next visit. I didn’t expect this but it was good to know that they care for their guests. Overall, the hotel did a great job. It was beyond my expectation. I would come back to this place again!
