I'm staying here from last 12 days for a business training program and I am enjoying the hospitality provided by hotel and managing staff,Mr. Virag jain sir and Mr. Javed ji always stand for fulfilling our need they both are very polite and very good behaviour person, I'm very happy with virag sir and Javed sir ...hope He will treat me like this for next time. Raju is the best! He was always helpful, never had to wait for anything. The rest of the staff was really good as well. Everyone is very friendly and polite. Would absolutely recommend to my friends. They made our stay in India very pleasant. Thank you

They had great service in the bar areas,servers where fast and clear and very inviting considering I’m a foreigner they worked very well with me to get exactly what I wanted even asking me if I wanted it spicier or. It as spicy when ordering food.

Raju was very helpful all staff here has been super accommodating to our American ways! We taught him what a “shot” is :). He will make sure you safely get back to your room if needed and send up anything else you need on the way. Very helpful. Very hard working.

The golden palms hotel and spa is really very good 🏨 I'm enjoying the hospitality provided by the management,Each and everything is really perfect I've been staying at this hotel from last 10 days and consistently find MR. VIRAG JAIN JI to be the absolute best part of our experience. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail make us feel like family, and they always go above and beyond to ensure our stay is perfect, whether it's a special request or just a friendly chat. Their ability to manage every work and maintain such a high standard of service is truly remarkable.... I hope I'll get same hospitality provided by the hotel and mr. VIRAG JAIN JI in my next visit.... Thank you 🙏

Overall great experience. Specially thanks to Mr. Randhir Singh & Mr. Virag, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the The Golden Palm Hotel in New Delhi. The services were top notch, right from being received at the airport to the check in at the hotel. The rooms were meticulously cleaned every day with attention being paid to the guests needs. Breakfast was sumptuous and graciously served. The staff at the spa center are friendly and but also makes sure that the guests have a smooth experience. There is a lot of hard work being put behind the scenes, but the guest experience remains smooth and calm.

Mr. RanDhir & Mr. Virag & Mr. Nitesh and his team are exceptional - very attentive and accommodating. Service is impeccable and I highly recommend staying here - book the Deluxe King room, you won’t be disappointed. The property itself is beautiful as expected and the staff makes the stay all the more enjoyable!🫂

Phenomenal service at the 5th floor lounge. Extravagant atmosphere. Delicious food offered. Rooms was very good. Mr. Randhir Singh & Mr. Nitesh . above and beyond with getting my extra special drink order from the restaurant downstairs. Much appreciated! 💕

Excellent service overall and the staff were very friendly, food facility was great. Jadhav and his friend virat who work at this hotel helped me in every situation whenever I needed , rooms were very clean and overall hygiene was maintained. Thank you for your great service.
