This home is in the foothills of the beautiful Black Hills, where prairie meets mountains. We built it on a cliff, with a spectacular view of the valley below and the Black Hills. It has log siding, with subtle stone trim, and sits on 7+ acres, overlooking the beautiful Black Hills. Our home is licensed and inspected by the state of South Dakota as a legitimate vacation rental.
The wraparound porch invites quality time in the fresh air of the Hills with sunrise and sunset views.
While the mountain air cools the house comfortably, central air conditioning is available for those rare hot days; as well as a furnace, should the temp be just a bit too cool.
Offering 2 bedrooms, plus a loft this home provides plenty of personal and communal space for up to 6 folks. The full kitchen and laundry room round out the home. New carpet was installed in 2019. A garage is included for your vehicle, whether it's 4 wheeled or 2 with plenty of extra parking.
Our rate is based upon 4 occupants. Great house with a beautiful view, Close to Custer, Black Hills, Crazy Horse and Mt.Rushmore. Bob the owner is awesome. We will definitely go back.

Great place to stay. Perfect central location for a Black Hills getaway. Host was great and very responsive. House was everything we needed and was in a beautiful spot! Would stay again if ever in the area.

Second year in a row for us staying during sturgis rally. Bob is a great host, house is always well maintained. The location and views from the front porch are amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

Bob and Donna were amazing hosts. We enjoyed our “home away from home” greatly. It was beautiful, relaxing, and so close to everything we wanted to see and do. Definitely would love to go back someday!

Wonderful!!
What a spectacular week! This property is peaceful, charming, had everything we needed, as well as fabulous views! Bob, the host, is wonderful, engaging and always available via text or phone. The property is in a perfect location for easy access to all the great places to visit in the Black Hills. This is definitely a winner! We will be back!!

Fabulous Stay
The hosts were amazing and so was the house and property. It was an excellent base for exploring all of the state and national parks in the area. It was perfect for our family.

Beautiful views
Bob was a great host. House has beautiful views. Very comfortable. Provided everything we needed. Satellite and WiFi. Great central location for Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, Badlands.

Great stay - hope to return someday
This was a great house for our week exploring the Black Hills area. Bob was there to greet us and show us the property which was stocked with everything we needed. The place was clean and you could see the care the owners put into it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
