It's a nice place to stay, we had a clean room on the first floor, AC works well, hot water in the shower, small well -working fridge. Towels, bed sheets were clean. Nothing special for breakfast, it would be nice to add some meat, vegetables as an option.

Location great, rooms were very clean.
Great variation for breakfast needs, turndown chocolate chip cookies, comfortable beds. For the cost of this room I was VERY impressed of the value. The only negative thing I can say was that the shower water pressure was meh.. but that also is indicative of majority of resort/hotels. Best thing was that the coffee was amazing, it was great tasting, not watered down and the perfect temperature to drink- not scalding tastebuds off hot.

The customer service was stellar - from the front desk assistant to housekeeping! Will most certainly return :) Although housekeeping is not standard; they offer it if you ask. We did and they provided excellent service. They also offer suggestions of places to see in the area.

I am rating this as a budget hotel that is clean and nice. This is what it is. The rooms were nice and had what we needed for a 1 night stay. I looked for flaws based on other reviews but did not see any. Front desk people were friendly. The woman handling breakfast was and helpful. She told us 2 places to go and they were good. I also like that the pool and hot tub are adults only from 10pm to 12 am

This is a hotel located in a convenient spot in Traverse City. It is located next to a neat mini golf place. Very friendly service and breakfast was included. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a pool onsite but we did not have time to use it. Convenient shuttle bus service offered to area locations near the hotel.

Helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed and temp in room, frig in room, good selection of continental breakfast, great vending machine with coffee drinks and water. Plenty of parking and close to the beaches. About 20 mins to the vineyards.

DOn’T stay here!!!! Paper thin walls. Had people next door partying at2:00Am. Complained to desk and actually knocked on the door where the noise was. THEY DID NOTHING!!! Noise continued !!! Ruined our whole nest day. FIND A PLACE THAT LETS YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT AND CARES ABOUT EACH GUEST. AWFUL.
