Our Chalet stay exceeded expectations, from check-in to the smallest attention to detail within the room. Care and commitment are demonstrated throughout. Things like bottled water, a small basket of assorted welcome snacks, quality towels and linens, spotless mugs and glassware tightly covered with plastic wrap, on site clubhouse bar and restaurant, and the list goes on. So far, this has been our top stay on our two week OR vacation. We don't golf but the course looks beautiful and appears to be popular. We did a leisurely day trip to Crater Lake from here and it worked well.

We were here for a "stay and play" golf package for a birthday weekend and let me tell you, you will NOT be disappointed!! The room at the Chalets was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning view of the golf course! Playing the course was challenging, but great fun! The staff went above and beyond to make this birthday stay perfect. They even put a few little decorations and candy in the room prior to our arrival. We had drinks at the Talon Grill after our round of golf and dinner later that evening. I cannot recommend this establishment enough!! We will definitely return!!

This was a delightful experience! The room was ideal, beautifully appointed, the housekeeping staff top notch. The staff at the Talon restaurant were so pleasant and the reception staff very helpful. We will definitely return, and will share our experience with friends.

Great room, spacious clean and comfy. Very quiet. We were impressed that the staff contacted us that afternoon before arrival, and then met us at the car as we arrived to show us to our room - impressive. Would most certainly stay here again.

We needed a room for one night of a cross country road trip. We are not golfers, but found this place, and so glad we did! A beautiful suite, clean and comfortable. Quiet, but well located. We checked in fairly late, and they were very accommodating giving clear instructions for our arrival. Would definitely recommend!

Most outstanding stay of entire trip. Starting with Terry, who took our reservations and met us with the key, elegant furniture, and accommodations, the outside is stunning like a chalet on a golf course. A highlight was the four deer and two babies that we saw on the golf course at night and in the morning. Golf course views, patio chairs on the back area with a fire pit. It was quiet comfortable, and made us feel at home. No one would be sorry to stay here.Clean,bright fabulous shower.

The top three reasons I LOVE The Chalets Resort at Eagle Point (1) Setting/Room - It is a beautiful setting of manicured greens and landscape. You turn the corner into the entrance and you feel like you have arrived at an oasis. It was perfect for my excursions in the area and especially for Crater Lake. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean and elegant. (2) Service Orientation – I want to be taken care of when I stay at a resort (instead of a vacation rental) and I was! Terri happily assisted me with my special needs/requests and I felt like I had a caring friend for the duration of my stay. (3) Housekeeping – this is part of the caring and is rare to find. They come daily and provide a full service and take requests. I loved having it all clean, tidy and replenished after a long day. It was a truly special stay!

Loved our stay at the Chalets at Eagle Point. Our only regret, we weren’t able to stay longer. Our room was well appointed, cozy, with a gorgeous view of the golf course. The bathroom was lovely, huge tub, which was much appreciated after a long journey. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching golfers during the day and the family of deer that came in the evening. We were weren’t able to fit in golf, but we were able to have dinner at the Talon restaurant. The food was delicious, exceptional service, and they have a great wine list. We thoroughly enjoyed, sitting on their patio eating a delicious meal, watching a beautiful sunset. If you have an opportunity to stay at The Chalets at Eagle Point, do it, you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

This place is a gem! From the Manager Terri and other team members. Not to mention it’s by the golf course which is a big plus. I’m so glad I listen to my women’s inner feelings to make the reservation. The bed, pillows and sheets are soft and the bathroom and the entire room are CLEAN! The room and the bathroom is organize and it has a deck. It doesn’t feel like you are in a hotel room and as as far as I’m concerned, I don’t think of The Chalet as hotel. And may I add, the golf course restaurant have an awesome food and reasonable price. We sat outside next to the putting holes and the whole surroundings is so PEACEFUL.! I can’t say enough of this place and 100% definitely we will be back!!
