Beach and water quality was amazing… and we stayed right after the Divi lost a huge amount of beach due to storm. Food was very good. Staff is hit or miss… some are fabulous and others are just going thru the motions. Rooms are dated and in need of a remodel if they really want to get a 5 star rating. Pools are nice, entertainment was pretty good most nights.
Overall we had a blast mostly because the beach is truly lovely and we’re laid back. If you want 5 stars with all the high end touches etc this isn’t it… but the entire place has a wonderful laid back vibe. Would be happy to come back!

The Divi All Inclusive is in a great location, right on a beautiful beach. The food at the included restaurants was excellent, but the inability to book dining times for dinner was a disappoinment...a couple more restaurants would probably solve the problem. All in all a good time in a beautiful setting

The resort is near the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. The restaurants provide variety of foods, such as Mexican, French, Asian, and Italian.

At check in, they had the wrong room booked. Not a problem, it happens, and they corrected it right away. After that, no one showed us to our room or carried our bags to the room. We had to ask a couple of staff where to find the room. The room was fine, ocean front.
The next morning we left for breakfast and stayed on the beach until around 4:00. When we returned to our room, the air conditioning unit on the wall was leaking condensation the the entire room was one big puddle of water. I had to call the front desk twice before they sent someone to look into it. A woman came with a bunch of towels to soak up the water, which wasn't enough. She had to go and bring back a mop. Then a maintenance guy showed up. He was very helpful and repaired the air conditioning unit in about an hour. The curtains in our room were ripped and not in very good shape, and they didn't open. So, even though we had an ocean front room, we couldn't open the curtains to see the view.
The food at the resort was just so so. We found that the food at the Pelican Terrace buffet style restaurant was better than the ones where you needed reservations.
Lastly, the nighttime entertainment was not very good at all.
Overall, we had a decent stay in Aruba . Very windy though. The beach was beautiful! It was our first time there, and probably our last. Other destinations in the Caribbean are less expensive, and you seem to get more bang for your buck. Riu Palace Tropical Bay in Negril, see you next year!

The Divi is on a very nice beach, but after 3 days at Divi the weather turned and removed most of the sand from the beach, but the beach was one of the top 3 things at Divi.
I would have to say that the limited dining and the unfriendly staff are the two things that I disliked about Divi.
It wasn't the cleanest place and it's really showing it's age. For the money we spend I would not recommend Divi all inclusive to anyone.

I thought the staff was wonderful with the exception of one bartender at the Divi who consistently had a bad attitude. There were five people in my party and every one of us independently had a negative interaction with him. I wish i could tell you his name. He was sullen and unfriendly and walked around with a scowl all the time.
I liked the Red Parrot and Ginger. The waiters were great.
I thought Lime was awful.

Very nice stay. Only complaints… Mexican restaurant paled in comparison to the others. Toilets in rooms didn’t seem to work effectively.
Excellent pizza. Red Parrot excellent. Buffet excellent. Pools, excellent. Staff excellent.
Very friendly resort. Will highly recommend to everyone.

We went to Divi for our 30th wedding anniversary. The resort was better than we expected. Highly recommend. Bike/snorkling trip was so fun. Food was amazing (although I highly recommend you making reservations a week before you go. That was the only downside.)

We stayed at the Divi all inclusive and had a great time. The property is older but has been updated. The staff was friendly but a little aggressive trying to get us to sign up for their time share presentation. The restaurants can be difficult to get into but we were able to go to one each night. The beach and ocean are great. We would definitely go back.
