Precious house located in the best beach in the yucatan coast. Great ocean view from all the house. Unlimited fresh water (a treasure in the coast, only 10% of the Yucatan Beach houses have that!!!). Nice swimming pool, Air conditioned in 3 bedrooms, 15 minutes drive to Progreso, 40 min to Merida. Free Hi Speed Internet, Free Unlimited Calls to the US, Canada and Mexico. Great house on the beach with access to the entire north coast of Yucatan. Easy drive to many interesting ruins. Juan, the host was very helpfull at all times

Great relaxing stay
This property was exactly what we envisioned. Right on the beach, with its own pool, and with tons of space to just relax. Close to Telchac puerto, and with a convenience store and an ATM about a mile away. Juan Carlos the owner was always responsive throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

San Benito Beach House
Beautiful location! This house has amazing beach views. The ocean is right at your doorstep… the water level is shallow with sand bars and warm water! The outdoor living area is large and has an unfiltered pool to dip in. There are tvs and air conditioners in all the upstairs bedrooms. Juan Carlos installed a dryer at our request! We found him to be extremely helpful and he was very quick to respond if we had any questions while we were there. He has a grounds keeper named Gregario who was on the spot anytime we needed assistance. Having our own car rental was key to staying in this location. The kitchen has basic utensils and appliances that could use an upgrade however we managed fine. There is construction close by and a bread truck arrived daily at 5pm. We got to buy delicious fresh baked goods daily from the driveway! What a treat!

Gorgeous Spot!
Just what we were looking for! A place ON the beach! Amazing views and lots of beach to walk and explore. The pool is nice and perfect size! Lots of shade AND sun on the deck and always a bit of a breeze. We could have used a few more towels and it would be nice if there was coffee there for us but not a biggy!
