Great place but terrible staff. They wanted to charge me 20 euros for 4 hours parking but I ended up paying 20 euros because I stayed 4 hours only (from 5 AM to 9 AM). Arrogant staff at the reception desk. They treat people based on ethnicity... No professional service for none European looking guests.

It was a perfect stay in Düssseldorf. It is a bit farther away from the main city, so it is pretty calm and relaxed. The room was clean, and breakfast was nice.

The facilities are complete, the cleanliness and hygiene are top-notch, the environment is pleasant, and the service is excellent. It's a great choice for business trips.

The night reception is not helpful. But the hotel is at good location, room is well equipped. Breakfast is nice too

Hotel odamız çok güzel dekora edilmiş. Yalnız yeterince temiz değildi.Yerlerde kırıntılar vardı.Boy aynası ve duşakabin su lekesi ile doluydu.Tuvalet idrar kokuyordu.Kahvaltı güzeldi.Rezeptionda ki görevliler güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi.Odaya giriş saat 15.00 de.Erken girmek isterseniz 10 Euro ücret ödemelisiniz. Tren istasyonuna 2 km uzaklıktadır.Uber ile otelden tren garına 5 Euro ile Temizlik sanırım aceleye gelmiş onun haricinde güzel bir otel tavsiye ederim.

位置，環境都還可以。 自助早餐沒有新意

중앙역에서 그리 멀지 않고 주변에 지하철역도 있어 교통은 그리 불편하지 않았습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 조식도 좋았습니다. 주변 식당이나 상점까지 거리가 조금 떨어져 있어 약간의 불편함이 있었습니다.

比較驚喜的感覺，類似國內的公寓，很乾凈，廚房電器設施齊全，可以自己做飯，在國外有這種酒店自己可以做一個道地的中餐還是不錯的。

展會期間住的，到機場和國王大道都是3張路，挺方便的。酒店早餐也可以，就是沒有牙刷牙膏及拖鞋，還有沒有燒水壺不好。

房間比較簡單但是也乾淨，也比較新，早餐非常不錯，種類多，且有熱的食物，非常符合中國胃。
