HENRI Hotel Düsseldorf Downtown

A Quirky hotel in a good location not too far from all the shops. The most welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Room wasn’t the largest but the bed was comfy, well layout and the soaps smelt wonderful. Breakfast was self service in an open plan kitchen area. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I am absolutely delighted with my stay here. The room is lovely and quite large with a comfy bed. (I like a firmer bed, so do with that what you will.) The bathroom is spacious and well-stocked with a great shower. The staff have also been very helpful and friendly. The first night I was here, my TV remote wasn’t working. I wasn’t even bothered by it, but I figured I’d let them know instead of leaving something broken for the next guest. I even let the person know it was not an emergency, and he didn’t have to prioritize it. Within minutes, he was up to my room with a working remote when I’m sure he had better things to do. The location of the hotel is very good. It’s a super short train ride from the airport and to downtown. It seems like pretty much every train or tram stops here, so it’s easy to zip into town. You’re also close enough to walk into town if you wish. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk at a leisurely pace. Because I was here during the Euro Cup, I was glad to have a little distance between the mayhem and me. What amazes me is how quiet the hotel is. There are literally train tracks outside of my window, but as long as I have the windows shut, I hear nothing. (There’s a/c.) I also don’t hear anything from inside the hotel - no other guests or staff - so I slept like a baby. This was SO important to me because I had just come from a very sleep-deprived trip in Greece where the hotel was extremely loud. The sleep I got here restored me! I really have nothing negative to say. I loved my stay and would 100% come back!

We had a great stay at Henri hotel. We booked a Large studio and stayed for one night. The large studio was plenty of space for 2 people and realistically could have had a smaller room but we appreciated the space. Body and hand wash provided which we really like the scent of. Other amenities available at reception for a small fee. Air conditioned which was very much appreciated as we stayed during summer. Very close walk to multiple forms of public transport and only 1 stop on the S from Düsseldorf main station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also very yummy - fresh and good quality options. We got it as part of our booking otherwise it may be a bit expensive - depending how much you eat.

Coming to Düsseldorf a couple of times each year, we wanted something new to discover, and we picked Henri Hotel. Public parking(s) nearby, Tram and bus practically when going outside the hotel. Very warm welcome! The Room was great, good size, clean and awesome furniture/decorations (The Red Phone!). Bed was nice and comfortable. Good isolation , so no noises from street or barely. The Breakfast is to be recommanded, I mentioned on the reservation booking, I have lactose intolerance and I got seperate things upon telling my name and roomnumber. Was very fresh and tasted awesome. My partner enjoyed the rest of available items, with nice choice of local products. Very friendly staff too, and the nice retrostyle makes it very unique, we will come back in the future.

Leider war der Empfang der Dame um 23:30 überhaupt nicht freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie musste den Tagesabschluss zuerst erledigen und das dauert mindestens 5 Minuten ohne sich zu entschuldigen hat sie uns nach einem langen Tag einfach warten lassen!!! Das Motto sollte doch sein „Der Kunde ist König“

Een nachtje slechts. Super ontvangst, fijne kamer, heerlijk bed, lekker en erg uitgebreid ontbijt. Enige puntje was dat alle verwarmingen aanstonden en dat duurde even voordat het wat afkoelde. Op paar honderd meter een parkeergarage. Restaurants op loopafstand. Net buiten hartje centrum maar lekker rustig en op loopafstand dus Betrokken staf! Aanrader!!
