I recently stayed at The Wellem with my family, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations we had for such a prestigious establishment and more so as now repeat clients of this place. While a few team members were courteous and supportive, the overall service across many segments fell really short. We faced several concerns and escalations during our stay, which were not handled in a professional manner. When we raised our complaints, the response from the front desk staff was unprofessional and dismissive. One staff member even made sarcastic remarks, which was both surprising and disappointing given the hotel’s reputation. Despite the positive interactions with some staff members, the way our concerns were addressed was unacceptable and has left us questioning the level of service at this establishment. We hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements the necessary improvements
