I stayed at the hotel as a solo traveler during the low season. Upon arrival I found that I had an issue with the room that I had booked, but the staff was very professional and went above and beyond to help sort it out. The location is great, within walking distance to the railroad/bus/airport shuttle bus & night market. Every staff member that I interacted with, whether they spoke english fluently or through a translator, was very friendly, helpful & forthcoming with information. Likewise, the cleaning staff did a good job & was friendly. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff who made the check-in experience go smoothly, and a nice tea relaxation room towards the back of the hotel while waiting to check out. The room was also very comfortable. Highly recommended.

This hotel was so comfy and affordable that we booked an extra night. We got an even larger room for a cheaper price. The beds are super comfortable and everything clean and in top shape. Would certainly stay again!

Old carpet and old room furnishing make the room appear unclean and uncomfortable, even though it's reasonably clean. However, the bathroom and toilet are newly renovated. Suitable choice for budget conscious traveller.

It’s a simple but cosy hotel, good location in the city and easy to get public transport. There is a room behind the reception leading to the car park where you can get chrysanthemum tea and local tea provided by the hotel for free. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. I have no regrets for staying in this hotel for 3 nights.

住宿環境乾淨、整潔、設施齊全，工作人員對人禮貌、待人熱情，精準服務，使人有一種賓至如歸的感受。出行旅行，最重要的是安全、衞生及心情愉悦，入住酒店後，我這種體驗得到了提升。總之，我為酒店點個贊！祝酒店事業蒸蒸日上，全體員工心情愉悦。

環境：很好。有電梯。酒店就在路邊，非常好找，整體佈局也不復雜。 設施：都很完備，符合連結描述，進門右邊就有掛衣服的地方，很方便。其他評價裏説的燒水壺水垢確實是有一點，但可以直接燒礦泉水，喝了幾天，不影響，我個人是不太介意的。 衞生：每天都做得很好，打掃完會有礦泉水，垃圾也都收拾乾淨了。衞生間和浴室完全隔開是最偉大的發明（！） 服務：非常好。前台不同的工作人員都有求必應，需要礦泉水、指甲刀、拖鞋什麼的都可以詢問前台。 如果之後還有機會來，肯定會再次入住的。

非常滿意的入住體驗，酒店位置便利，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，前台小妹妹服務熱情，幫忙預訂莫高窟門票，辦理入住也很快捷，還貼心升級了房型，下次來這邊還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦

酒店坐落在敦煌市中心，距離敦煌書局，沙洲夜市都不遠。周邊餐飲配套齊全。有自己的停車場，但車位相對緊張。房間設施齊全，就是房間內特別熱。加濕器很臟，如果使用必須自己認真清洗。
