Dunbogan Caravan Park

Awesome location and a shout out to the ever helpful Casual staff that do the real work around the place , providing fantastic customer service. People skills and communication go a long way with Lana, Genna , Ruthie and Paul a delight to deal with as well as former Managers Brad and Sarah. Hope to return one day if it remains a Caravan Park yet may have to be as a permanent resident, as unfortunately pricing is becoming out of reach for a large sector of the community, ie people with caravans.

I particularly did not like having to pay $15 extra for linen/towel for the second bedroom when I had included the number of guests in the booking (1 adult, 1 child). In fact, the description on wotif specifically lists linen and towels being included in EACH bedroom. So make sure you factor that into the total cost. Whilst the unit was clean, the facilities were the bare minimum.. for example, in the kitchen there were the most basic of utensils and not even commonly used ones such as a pair of scissors. There was no plug for the shower/half bath, which meant I struggled to give the little one a bath.

Helpful, welcoming staff. Cabin was very clean but also very compact. Great shower, however the bathroom space was cramped. Grounds and gardens were immaculate.

Pet friendly cabin needed for 3 day visit to tge Laurieton area. Set up for easy stay, crockery, cutlery, table and chairs and 2 x 2 seatersofa. Great hot water and under carport parking for our cabin. Stayed in April school holidays but was pretty quiet. 5 min drive back into main town centre for whatever you need.

I was immediately impressed by the cabin's cleanliness and modern amenities. The attention to detail in the cabin's design and decor was truly remarkable. It felt cozy yet spacious, and I instantly felt at home. The cabin's well-equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals, which was a great convenience. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and serene. Your staff deserves special commendation as well. They were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their warmth and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. I also appreciated the range of activities available at the caravan park. In conclusion, my stay at the caravan park's amazing studio cabin exceeded all expectations. It was a truly memorable experience, and I can't wait to return in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful escape from the daily grind.

We visited both times during the winter months, so it was very quiet. The location to the water is great , it literally is a block from the river or a 5 minute drive to a beach. The amenities are super clean and the shower was hotter and better then ours at home. The staff both times have been awesome. With the management helping wrap my husbands hand up when he fell and cut himself at the boat ramp around the corner. We could live there its so good.
