The staff are wonderful , from the moment you walk into the hotel, Front Office, and all the staff at the cafe is so so nice . Breakfast selection are perfect. Pak Harri came to our table and have a nice chit chat with him . Keep it up Marriot 💪🏻💪🏻👌👌👌👍👍👍

We spent a few nights in Surabaya for work, and it was our first visit to the city. The hotel was very comfortable, with a spacious bed that easily accommodated two adults and my 7-year-old. The room itself was quite roomy and included a sofa, which was a nice touch for extra seating. I made good use of the gym facilities, which had plenty of cardio machines, dumbbells up to 20 kg, and a cable machine—enough for my workout needs. The pool was a decent size and even included a baby pool. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of food and drinks. Overall, my family was happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a mid-priced option. It had easy access to taxi services, several restaurants nearby, and was not too far from Ciputra Mall.

The third time staying at this hotel, I have no complaints as always. Room is clean, however the provided amenities are limited. The breakfast is delicious and starts at 6:30 for early checking out guests

For the price I paid, I guess it is what it is. The carpeted floors were stained. The towels weren’t pristine clean. The walls seems old. Service was impeccable tho.

Appalled by the room cleanliness. Able to spot long hairs on my bedside carpet on the first day and still not vacuumed even on the day I left. Toilet walls had some mould growing (I rubbed against it and it came off). Room is spacious and aircon is strong. Breakfast had a ok variety but what's annoying is the used napkins on our tables being served as new ones. We went during a busy period but it's not excusable. Sufficient gym facilities for basis free weights and polite staff. Can do better on maintenance.

The hotel needs to improve thier cleaness . Not very clean for room and bathroom . We chose non smoking room but the room we checked in was smelly . However the staffs are friendly and efficiency, they change the room for us immediately . Keep improvement and good job all staffs .

Clean and very friendly staff and manager. Well organized bed room and clean, super clean swimming pools.

While the hotel’s interior may appear a bit dated, the quality of service more than makes up for it. From the moment of check-in to the time of departure, the hospitality was truly outstanding. The breakfast spread was satisfying, offering a good mix of both local and Western options. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the overall experience.

Good location wise, super friendly and manner staffs and spacious room. Definitely will come back on my next trip to Surabaya.
