was an amazing experience. The hotel's beautiful design and well-maintained facilities offered a luxurious and comfortable retreat. Front desks were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Smart bidet and Dyson hairdryer. Breakfast could have included yogurt but overall is sufficient.

Room decoration is nice, but TV doesn't work. The recption at the lobby looks a bit old. Staff are nice and helpful. Many restaurants nearby if you are fancy of local (sichuan) food. Otherwise, western cuisine at the hotel is nice but is pricey though

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

Really good trip, nice hotel, nice view and nice staff

The hotel is nicely located and the staff is very friendly. There was an English speaking staff member who was available at all times and helped us with every need. She also made great recommendations for day trips and was very kind and friendly. The rooms were nice, though not that well thought through but it is nice for a short stay.

性價比極高，帶私湯的房間很寬敞，由於是新酒店，又配備智能設備，感覺非常好及舒適!希望他們保存水準，唯一缺點就是洗衣乾衣功能有待改善！建議酒店劃分特定的吸煙區域，而且六樓天台遍地都是煙蒂，這樣影響外觀！

我們開車到酒店門口 酒店人員看到我們需要停車 馬上出來指揮停車 這一點就讓人覺得服務很好 很會觀察 因為酒店門口有一些不太方便停 辦理入住也給我們免費升級了房型 房間很大 也很乾凈 晚上我們回來了 門口沒有車位了 也很積極的帶我們去旁邊的停車場 服務是沒得説
