Premier Inn Dudley Town Centre

Perfect location if you want to visit the Black Country Living Museum. You can literally walk to it and save parking money. Lots of places to eat nearby, some are walkable. Not enough twin rooms though.

From start to finish we had a great stay. The self check-in screens are good, but seems odd to have it in front of the desk, where you would usually check in and there’s someone sitting there. They could also remind you to pop your reg in as you’re caught off guard by them asking to use the self check-in. I remembered as I left and hopefully, I will be fine. Some information on the restaurant would also be really helpful on the confirmation email. The room itself was good, it was a nice comfy bed and the room was nice and clean. It wasn’t a great sleep, but this was down to guests above, rather than anything the hotel could control. It was intermittent, so every time I thought about saying something, the noise stopped. The Breakfast was lovely, no complaints here at all! Friendly goodbye, would definitely stay again. Great proximity to the Zoo and Black Country Museum.

Location was good but a few annoying things like extractor fans in bathroom running all night and not going off , doors banging all night as room next to door to stairs and noise from people running around all night above us , ended up punching the ceiling

Clean comfortable and up to my fussy standards We stayed else where in Shropshire ( not a hotel chain) for double the price 2 nights previously and this place was 100% better

close to the achieve and the black country museum & canal boat trips, reasonable cost, free parking and in walking distance to the castle if your reasonably fit

Once again we had a lovely stay and was well looked after . The breakfast was great. We been here lots of times and never been let down. The staff can't do enough for you. They make your stay a wonderful one and make you want to go back . That's why we chose to stay in premier Inn it's great
