Apartment Dubrovnik Center

On arrival guests had trouble knowing how to access the apartment or check in. Not just us as I had to provide the owners number on two occasions. No further toilet roll or clean towels/sheets were provided and when asked received a rude and obnoxious response. Not good quality however as they were old and stained. When we told the owner we were unable to work the AC was told 'everyone knows' and she was scornful that we didn't. Then we got an apology the next day, more toilet roll and sheets/towels were provided and someone came and adjusted the settings in the AC. No privacy on the terrace (which was otherwise really nice) with other guests passing through from upstairs apartments. The apartment next door had an adjoining terrace meaning you just have to sit out with them or go inside, uncomfortable when they ignored any greeting. Some form of screening highly recommended.
