I had the best hotel experience during my stay in Dubrovnik. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Dine (or Jane) — she was absolutely wonderful, proactive, and a true asset to the team. I sincerely congratulate the hotel for having her. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable — 100%. The location was also perfect — 100%. Services were of a very high standard. Breakfast was a joy, and the restaurant team was outstanding. They greeted every guest warmly and genuinely helped make each morning a pleasant start to the day. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I will definitely return, and I strongly recommend staying here. It’s truly worth every cent.

Great location for solo female travellers. 7mins walk to the old town where you can get food and take day trips from. In the afternoon when it gets too hot, you can come back to the hotel for a siesta or chill by the deck chairs. House keeping was great with constant refreshing of the room. Would stay here again. Only negative is that there’s a live band playing at a nearby beach club from 8pm to around 10.50pm each night. Can’t get any rest until the set ends (even with ear plugs on). I had assumed that the live band was playing at a restaurant within the hotel as the music was so loud but the concierge clarified that it was from a nearby beach club and it’s because it’s summer. To be fair the music was nice but loud.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at with endless stunning views of old town, which is a short walk away. The beach area is a relaxing area to spend a day with several lounge chairs, quick access to the crystal clear sea, and staff to take your drink and food orders. The outdoor bar area is the perfect spot to drink a glass of local wine while watching the sunset. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. I was upgraded to a room with a terrace and had the best view of the fireworks show.

We initially booked an apt in the old town but there were way too many steps to get to apt so we booked Excelsior last minute. It was the best thing we did, the hotel is in pristine condition n the best thing is we can jump into the sea on the minus2 level. The indoor pool n sauna n steam room are impeccable. We almost didn’t want to go out

Nice location

酒店位置非常好，大堂 早餐廳 游泳池 bar全部可以看到君臨城全景，而且步行到老城特別近，目前就可以前往，停車免費。早餐還可以。有室內外游泳池，下海浪有點大，早上比較小。室內有桑拿 按摩池，游泳池，很多名人荷里活 英國女王 政要都來入住，有一個名人牆。房間衞生間很大，但是門有點問題，刷卡打不開，後來工作人員告知門有點問題，需要很重的推進去。還是很推薦這家酒店的。

除了位置好，其他中規中矩無功無過

地理位置優越，酒店環境很不錯👍

酒店公共區域的view都贊到不行，是君臨城的最佳觀賞酒店。吃喝也非常方便，到處都是步行可達。但房間內部就比較閉塞了。。。
