Night staff is friendlier than day staff. low water pressure and bad view from my room… Anyway I like that the room is with bigger space instead of a huge bathroom. They have memory foam pillow if you request it, it was great!

Great hotel with comfortable bed, nice room and convenient location. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at 4 or 5 hotels in my various trips to Ireland. I even stayed at a 5 star resort the last time I traveled here and I will say hands down the room at the Alex was by far the nicest room I have stayed in. It's not directly in the town center but it's just a 10 min walk away and one I didn't mind based on the quality of the room. My only wish was that it had a pool. There is a work out facility across the street that I never checked out so one might have been there. If I ever go back to Dublin I would definitely stay here again. They have a couple of restaurants near by both places were excellent one served the best fish in chips that I have ever had the other had a great Guinness beef pie.

航班到的早，也給提前Check In了，還給了最大的一個套間。驚喜 只是房間取暖有點困難，有點冷，暖氣最高衹能24度，但其實也到不了24。開了很久才好些。 裝修還滿新，早餐也還可以，總體不錯

位置好，離主要景點步行距離。離國家美術館和聖三一大學很近。
