The hotel is centrally located, with supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and fast-food outlets all nearby. The staff are friendly and courteous, proactively assisting every guest. The rooms are clean and safe, and the hotel facilities are comprehensive. Definitely will stay here again next time.

Although facilities are a little old, Hotel service is in high standard, the reception crew Mr. Karim is very nice, he offered an extra bed for free, which is really helpful, so I was delighted to tip him.

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！從前台熱情專業的接待，到房間温馨整潔的佈置，細節之處盡顯品質。床品柔軟親膚，智能設備一應俱全，還貼心準備了歡迎水果最引人注目的當屬那幅沙畫，晚上知道先生過生日還準備蛋糕跟手寫卡片。早餐種類豐富，中西式美食都很精緻，服務人員全程笑臉相迎。地理位置優越，出行便利，周邊配套齊全。無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是不二之選，強烈推薦！

房間設施非常老舊和國內10年左右的酒店差不多服務人員多為印巴人英語不是很好要了刮鬍刀拿來一把餐刀第二天又跟打掃衞生的員工説了但是還是忘了給衞生看起來也是一般般整體感覺和國內商務酒店差不多水平海景房也看不到海

第三次來杜拜，之前來旅行住過亞特蘭蒂斯、七星帆船、阿瑪尼、indigo，這次因為出差，仔細翻看評論有落地窗的哈利法塔景，才訂了香格里拉行政房。第一晚入住，很失望沒看到，第二天一早看到一片“荒涼”，將近五千一晚，落差很大，很是失望。一切的轉變，從遇到酒店前台的孫鳳超 Ethan開始，很細心的解答我所有的問題，由於近期2025杜拜食品展，酒店房源緊張，價格是平時兩倍，專業的服務態度讓我對酒店產生好感。第三天lounge bar的中國小妹妹Kathy，人甜美還體貼，見我在電話會議，生怕我錯過happy hour，提醒我可以用餐，得知我夜班機還幫我預約了樓下SPA放鬆。很少寫點評，但遇到兩位專業的中國酒店服務人員，温暖了在外奔波的我，值得我碼字👍🥰

酒店地理位置不錯，但是房間已經比較陳舊，裝修風格也很落後，原本預訂之家酒店是因為42樓看哈利法塔的一個位置，但是很失望前面已經有建築影響了視覺。
