We had an amazing long term stay in Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek. From the food to room service to the guys who helped us with the luggage. We felt like the staff was part of our family. Arjun was alway there when we needed anything for the apartment from extra plates to fixing the curtain. Thank you so much Hyatt team for making us feel welcomed and at home here.

During my recent stay at here, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from the housekeeping staff, particularly Rita and Alisha. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm demeanor truly elevated my stay. The room was always impeccably clean and inviting, with every small detail attended to, from perfectly folded towels to replenished toiletries. Rita and Alisha went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, often anticipating my needs before I even voiced them. What stood out the most was their friendly attitude and genuine care. They greeted me with smiles every day and checked if there was anything more they could do to make my stay better. It’s rare to find such dedication and passion for work, and it was clear they take immense pride in what they do. Thank you, Rita and Alisha, for making my stay unforgettable. The journey to stay in the best apartment hotel in different countries is my passion and during this trip selected this apartment hotel for my family stay. The experience I would like to share may be helpful for prospective travellers. Staff - The entire staff team of this Hyatt residence are cordial, cooperative and ready to provide their service. Right from check-in, I needed some small denomination currency for cab payment to easily check in every Thing was good. Room: We have been upgraded from a studio room to an executive studio room. Although I did not like the shape of the room but it was spacious and the extra cot was provided before my request. Right from the kitchen to the washroom bedroom to the dining area everything was well organized. Swimming pool: It's an awesome place in the apartment hotel however a bit crowded. The attendants were there to serve whatever was needed. The bar service along the swimming pool. Shisha Bar: The shisha bar on the top floor is a must-visit for every guest as one can see the entire Dubai from the top floor. Breakfast: Very good spread with lots of vegetarian options for Indian. Thumbs up to masala Chai. Few things one should keep in mind 1. the hotel and residence are side by side and guests of both use the same amenities hence amenities are a little crowded. 2. The rush to this hotel is high and one has to wait for a lift for 5-10 minutes. maybe because both the hotel and apartment are interconnected. this is the only thing which was sometimes annoying. 3. even the restaurants and bars are the same for both apartment and hotel.

We stayed at this place from Oct 3 to Oct 7 and the reception desk charged an entirely different amount (800 AED extra) from what I had been promised when I made the booking from on online platform. At the time of checking out, I was promised that this amount will be refunded. But it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t got the refund. I tried reaching out to them via email and a gentleman by name Rafik Mohamed told they would refund soon but haven’t heard back from them since then. If they don’t have proper processes to refund why do they charge a security deposit in the first place. I don’t expect a big hotel like Hyatt to provide such inferior experience when it comes to payment. Though the rooms and service was good at this residency, I’m forced to leave a bad review at the incompetence of the front desk.
