Nice place to stay...near to metro and other facilities such as restaurants and groceries. VERY clean and spacious rooms. Complete amenities also.Very relaxing stay and very accessible.

Its a great stay but they wont even let you stay till 2pm which normally all the hotels do let you do I just had some work plus i checked in really late so i was hopeful that i would get to stay atleast till 12:30 but they stuck to their checkout at 12pm or extend your stay which is not a good gesture

The hotel is great and comfortable, all the staff are helpful and respectful

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful but I don’t know what it was but I kept being bitten by someone night and waking with red bites all over my body. So that made it unpleasant stay . The location is not so good every where you want to go you have to travel 20-30 minutes drive so the cost of taxis was adding up .

Nice environment and room. The service is good and mainly for Chinese people as I observed. The room is big and cosy. However, it is 18 minutes walking route far from the metro station. Not very close to the public transport.

Hotel is okay but little old. The main problem is the door in the rooms openning up to each other. I did not understand taht concept.

The overall stay was very pleasant. The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean. The cons of the hotel are the internet speed, which was very slow, and the location of the hotel, which is far from central Dubai.

The hotel site said the check in time is 14:00 , but the hotel told us the check in time is 15:00. We kept waiting for almost 1 hour. Hotel either to change the check in time in the website or inform the guest before arrival.
