這個酒店是華而不實，服務很好，節假日去所以房價很高19000人民幣一晚別墅，但是信價比太低了，不值這個房價想，SPA預訂90分鐘價位兩千人民幣想，Spa基礎設施太差，一度懷疑是五星級酒店嗎？太簡陋

上船前覺得3點辦理入住，感覺時間不太夠，實際上在碼頭就已經在check in了，到酒店之後景色是無敵的，服務的話是細節很好，洗完澡去吃飯的時候，房間內的衞生就被打掃了一下，毛巾重新疊了，島上就兩家餐廳，味道基本跟市區的fine dinning差不多，甚至更好，早餐是有機食品，且豐富的營養全面。服務人員，專業強壯負責任，整個酒店行程非常順滑舒心。誠意滿滿，離島後，車都給提前吹好冷氣。

沒想到這竟然是在杜拜性價比最高的酒店沒有之一！非常安靜，有令人稱奇的風景，腳踏南美洲，心繫全世界！！！

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Luxury Price I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, expecting a luxury experience, but was sorely disappointed. The only available room I was checked into had a terrible smell, and the only alternative required an extra charge despite which is unacceptable for a high-end establishment. To make matters worse, the hotel hosted a “last minute” wedding without informing guests in advance, thats two out of the three restaurants we’re not available to dine in. Limited dining options and an unpleasant room made for a frustrating stay in addition to waiting a hour for the main & eventually cancelling due to the wait. For the price, I expected much better service and transparency. Would not return.

Anantara never dissapoints with its calming atmosphere, the event went smooth and big shout out to Alizee for her support and co-operation. Grace from Helios and Nina & claire from Qamar restaurants were soo helpful with every requests that we had. It was a work experience to remember. 5 stars to the staff.

It was a great experience ! Everyone was welcoming and full of smiles !! Azeez was a great person to meet and was very helpful ! He took pics of us and gave us a tour , and played paddle with us . Karim was a very lovely human as well . Everyone in the kids club was friendly and cheerful, Zainab and Chandrika were super friendly and they helped me make sea shell necklaces and tiny figurines ! Chandrika is also very talented she has many shell pieces all around the resort . Our only complaint is that the food could use improvement ( A lot )

I really enjoyed my stay in Anantara World Islands Dubai Resort. The service, food and its staff are top-notch! Thank you for the extraordinary service Aziz, Monica, Portia, Aziza, Claire, Letlet, Swe, William, Chandrika, Zeinab, Osha, Hindu to all the F&B, Housekeeping, Pool attendants, life guards, Pool Bar and Chefs, Spa, Recreation Team, Etisham and to all Welcome Center Team you all guys are the best! The facilities and amenities are really great and so many things to do and enjoy in the Island. There’s a lot of peacock, ducks even gazelles that kids will definitely enjoy. The beautiful view of Burj Khalifa, City Skyline, Burj Al Arab and The Palm Jumeirah is a Gem.
