Svar fra overnatningssted: Dear Guest, Thank you for your candid comments and we regret that the Hotel could not meet your expectations concerning the Children’s pool. The local authorities have put strict guidelines which all Hotels have to follow to avoid grave violations. Children can use the Pool if they are accompanied with the Parent / Adult along with the child. Safety child jackets are available for all children using the Pool. We regret the staff could not allow the child to use the outdoor Jacuzzi. A sign board for use of Jacuzzi is clearly displayed and it states that children cannot be using the Jacuzzi whirlpool. The staff on duty did inform you that there is a separate Children’s Pool available in the neighbouring Savoy Crest Hotel. We regret that even though you were the only person in the pool without any one around, the Pool Attendant could not deviate from the existing pool safety procedures. We do have a fair share of International breakfast buffet with egg preparations / hot continental main courses / waffles / baked beans along with Arabic and Asian / Indian cuisine to cater to all guests worldwide. Our chef would be very glad to prepare any item you may choose if informed in advance.
