I love this place so much! Nice location and convenience to go shopping at Dubai Mall in walking distance. Staffs are professional and kind.

One of the best locations in Dubai city but the bidet in the toilet had constant sewage smell coming out which was so unpleasant. Hotel management has to check and do something with the drainage pipes in order to keep up with the standards cos the hotel is dated.

Location is without a doubt the best as its next to Dubai mall. Fountain view room allows you to see the fountain show in comfort.

I missed my flight and I couldn't reach there. They didn't pay my money back. I asked it in advanced before check in time but they prefer to take the money for themselves

It was an amazing experience in Place down town.Hotel Located in the heart of Dubai,all the employees were professional in excellent service ,especially one of the receptionist Mr.Sodo who had booked the best seat at Thiptara,let us have a beautiful unforgettable night before we leave Dubai.Highly recommend this hotel👍

I traveled with my family and we took 3 rooms. The hotel is excellent, very luxurious, its location is central near a supermarket and the Amariot Mall. An excellent breakfast for those who eat everything. But there is no selection for celiac patients, take care of food from home. We had a problem the day we arrived, they broke the wheel of the suitcase, they tried to fix it and failed, they tried very hard but did not give us a solution. It made us feel that as long as we don't complain everything is fine...everyone smiles but when they broke the suitcase they had no way of helping us and didn't give us any solution until we got to the airport and there I bought a new suitcase. (We were with elderly parents and a baby and the cost of the suitcase was very expensive)
