THE hotel less than average compare to the price paid … restaurants menu is limited…. No many restaurants on this hotel…. The pool water should be warm as the temperature is 24C

The location is perfect, there's a shuttle bus from the resort to MOE and Dubai mall if you wish to save some for the travel expense. The food is great. I wish we could still eat more at the buffet but just got really full. The people were very helpful. I could say that the service is great actually. Keep it up guys! I would definitely recommend this resort.

景觀很棒，一間房是泳池海灘，一間是帆船酒店遠景。設施問題很多，下水很慢洗澡水漫金山，晚上突然天花板開始大漏水了……感覺上下水系統問題大，半夜找人來修，等了很久，大概30-40分鐘。來了以後修好了，小哥説會找人來打掃，結果一直沒來。酒店打電話説抱歉，要給我們個抱歉蛋糕，也再沒出現……倒不是在意蛋糕，就覺得蠻搞笑的……謝謝攜程幫助對接，否則可能要漏一晚上

這是我住過最糟糕的酒店，管理混亂，大廳各種銷售人員，完全和2500價格一晚價格的酒店不符。對華人辦理入住非常冷漠，（在本人口語交流沒問題的情況下，黑色制服前台全程不耐煩，入住辦理故意讓華人等三個小時，後到的幾批次白人客人全部提前入住。該酒店也是我第一次遇到，需要視線好不住尾房需要付800迪拉姆一日的附加費用！由於帶着小朋友無奈入住，結果因為在一樓，主卧被子又濕又冷，打電話衹給了一個臟兮兮黃色毛毯！卧室燈也是壞的，真的差到不行。同時再次特別感謝攜程工作人員，全程幫助我們第一時間站在我們的角度與酒店溝通。為我們解決困難，非常感動！（以下圖片，可以看到房間外圍沒有任何保護，就是正對大馬路，完全沒有任何私隱和安全性！）
