This apart hotel is very good. The nakheel mall is nearest of the hotel. The hotel has free parking for guests.

I would recommend to pay More attention to special requests of the guests. For example I wrote in advance about the 10th anniversary (before we came to Dubai), but the reservation supervisor just ignored my email. Or better to say, I sent 2 emails, but in both answers from him - my special request was ignored. But still, We’re super happy with the restaurant! Didn’t expect such a wonderful quality of food, wonderfull choice for breakfast, very tasty dishes a-la cart, and unbelievable friendly, helpful, guest-oriented restaurant staff!!! Super attentive assistant of manager - Ester! Such a nice personality!!! Thank you to her! And to all the wonderful waters, especially to Joseph, Anne, Solomon! I also want to metnion beautiful Natasha at the front desk, who is ready to solve each issuer with a charming smile! Thank you guys, you’ve made our stay just wonderful!

The only issue was that our room was semi detached to another room and if you have noisy neighbors you can hear them, which was the case for us. Apart from that everything was awesome. The room was very clean and modern and we really like the fact that they are environmentally conscious. Thank you!

Hotel was great - trip.com, however, was an absolute disaster. I made the reservation 3 days before my arrival and upon arrival, the front desk informed me that they have never recieved the reservation from trip.com so they charged my credit card and created a new reservation. I spent hours on the phone with trip.com arguing with them and arguing with the front desk to sort this out. I would not use trip.com again.

Hello! We have a good experience in this hotel. Apartma was spacious, very modern, clean, beautiful. What is missing is a little more dishes and dishmaschine. Food is OK, but I cannot say it is excellent, here is still a lot of space for improvements :-) Very beautiful beach, with fantastic view of near buildings, which is also very close to hotel. The only thing that it was not good for me it is very small space to swim. There is very small coastal bealt. I was missing a litlle bigger swimming pool. A cross the street it is market, mostly with unhealthy snacks like biskits and chips, I missed there more real food. Fruit and vegetable in this market is very poor quality. Regards, N
