Exceptional Experience at The Royal Atlantis in Dubai My recent stay at The Royal Atlantis in Dubai was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the level of luxury and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The architecture of the hotel is breathtaking, offering stunning views of both the city and the sea. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with modern amenities. The service was impeccable—staff were always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any request. The dining options were phenomenal, with a wide variety of restaurants offering world-class cuisine. The facilities, especially the pools and spa, were some of the best I’ve experienced. Relaxing by the infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf was pure bliss. The hotel also offers easy access to private beach areas, adding to the overall exclusivity and luxury feel. If you’re looking for a top-tier hotel experience in Dubai, The Royal Atlantis is worth every penny. I can’t wait to return!

Front Desk Service Needs Improvement , particularly in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. 1. Slow Response Time When I checked in, the front desk staff, Mahmoud, took my phone number and assured me that he would notify me via WhatsApp once my room was ready. However, I never received any update. At 2:45 PM, I followed up with him but got no response. Eventually, I went to the front desk myself and checked in at exactly 3 PM. It’s possible that my room was ready earlier, but the lack of communication was unprofessional and inconvenient. 2. Lack of Professional Knowledge On 3pm , when I arrived at the front desk, I was assisted by the supervisor, Paul, as the first staff member had not responded. I was surprised to find that Paul struggled to answer some very basic questions that a front desk staff member should be able to handle with ease. This raised concerns about the training and professionalism of the hotel’s front desk team. 3. Unfriendly Service Overall, the attitude of the front desk staff felt indifferent, lacking warmth and professionalism. While the hotel facilities were impressive, the service quality did not meet expectations. I would recommend visiting for the experience, but don’t expect exceptional service from the front desk.

Its over the top luxury experience. The "It" place to be seen and heard. If you have the doll, then its an experience like non-other.

Excellent hotel; however I really would love to have entertainment programs, shows and a better pool after all. Their pools are literally for kids :)

We had a nice trip in royal Atlantis.. they are treating us like a royal .. it worth it to get there and booking the royal club palm view Waaaaw really amazing view with amazing services room,, The breakfast it’s very huge and a lot of food there around 12 kind of restaurant Also for the tea time and royal time I can’t explain the food and drink there.. What I can say it just go there and you will feel that it worth it to spend your money there for your comfortable The room the bed the bathroom all are wonderful.. Thanks for royal Atlantis to make our trip gorgeous 🩵

The service was good and the breakfast was the best that I’ve ever eaten it is a good place to stay if you want to go to the beach and the world’s largest water park
