Infested with ants. We got in late and went straight to bed, only found out the next morning when I found one on my leg. Shower doesn’t work, have to use one hand to hold the button for it to work and another to wash yourself.

Too much construction around the hotel which causes everything in the room and outside to be filthy. Poor cleaning made the experience worse. The staff in reception offered a solution that would cost additional 400 usd with no compensation - what a joke - NEVER FIVE again for me.

Place and type of hotel is excellent, and I think I didn’t need to go anywhere , but the service of hotel is week.

During my stay at Five Jvt from March 25th to 26th, I booked a 1-bedroom apartment. Despite the unique feature of a bathtub on the balcony, I was disappointed to find it in a dirty condition upon check-in. After requesting room service to clean it, I discovered the pressure was inadequate. Despite numerous attempts to contact the front desk, I received no response until I requested the duty manager, who granted a late check-out. I have had a visit from the engineer who promised to get back to me after that he checked the bathtub but nothing happened. Today, I noticed rust coming from the bathtub, posing hygiene concerns

Hotel was quite small

I like everything about this hotel , the staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Overall stay was excellent with good and friendly staff. Asif and Sunil helped alot in arranging our transport and tickets for our itinerary. Best of all the effort done by housekeeping staff making our stay and enjoyable one.
