The hotel rooms are luxurious and warm, and all the staff provide thoughtful service. I would especially like to give a thumbs up to a beautiful lady at the front desk. Although I don’t know her name, I am still very grateful for your professional and thoughtful service.

這家華爾道夫酒店很不錯！ 於近幾年剛剛開業，在杜拜金融市中心距離CBD還有商場都很近，去機場也半小時車程！ 酒店設施豐富，房間佈局合理，餐食也都很不錯！最重要的是我覺得服務人員都訓練有素很好！ 設計也是比較現代很新穎，很不錯！

房間景色還可以，能看到哈利法塔，感覺是個商務型酒店，游泳池太小了。服務很一般，沒有check in飲料和歡迎水果。前台服務比較冰冷。一層的門僮還是很熱情的，主動他提供服務和打招呼。房間裏該有的服務，如果不打電話要求，是不會主動提供的。晚安服務很不用心，明明是兩個人入住，晚安服務衹提供一個人，不理解。有失華爾道夫的水準。可能在杜拜這樣的城市，華爾道夫這樣的酒店也衹是經濟性水平吧。
