Was great hotel in the right location. This hotel is near to all Dubai’s attractions

That is not a 5 stars as advertised. It was like B&B, and with no proper common area to work, rest or have meeitngs. It only had some shared facilities with the neighbouring Atria Residences. I recommend the northern side of Business Bay

The hotel is decent. The service was bad. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. Their beds were not ready. Everything we asked for took a lot of time- coffee, room service, towels, and help with attraction. Even to get an extra room key card. Breakfast was also very limited and when we woke up early not all the stations were open. Very bad experience in terms of service. Will not get back there.

Basically, this hotel is the worst hotel in Dubai. 1. Too expensive price compared to their facilities. Also the employees are the worst, not kind and unfriendly. They have no early check in system. The said they will call when they have available room little early. But they never call after the check in hour has passed. Also room cleaning service is not fixed, any time they come even at 5:30pm. I never ever recommend this hotel.. they said 5 stars, No way it is 2 star hotel..

Convenient location with less than 10 mins ride to Dubai Mall. The room was clean and spacious! Especially thank Simran for upgrading our room type!

We booked a suite and they upgraded us to a one room apartment, love it and it was spacious , good price highly recommended✔️

The hotel is super nice and I like to thank the front desk Ms Subal for the great service. Will visit and use the same hotel again.

Location was quite convenient howeverI found a housefly flying around in the room and the fridge was dirty.

It was very good and people are friendly and helpful, the stay was so good.

Loved the attention to details. We got the room keys way before check in time as we landed early in the morning. Hotel is modern and clean. Our one bedroom executive suite was big and has all the necessary amenities. Hotel staff were always happy to go the extra mile for our comfort and accommodated our extra requests. Well done to the staff. They even remembered our daughter’s birthday and prepared a few surprises!!! Breakfast lounge was big and spacious. Staff are always helping out and keeping the guests content. The children play area next to the restaurant was convenient and good fun for our child after breakfast time, she really enjoyed it. Car park was huge as most of Dubai hotels. Lots of spaces and easy to self park even though they do valet parking. Only thing was that Hotel Pool is a bit small. Would be nice if the pool at the Atria Residences was open to hotel users too. Location wise is okay as long as one avoid rush hour as it’s always packed with traffic. Overall we had a lovely stay and would be back there again. Would surely recommend our friends there.

Me and my husband totally enjoyed our stay,The rooms were really clean and modern.Will definitely come again 😀

1- Fire Alarm work without any reason in the room , many times late night and during day .!! 2- The Reception start to call to check out from 11.30 am .. like to fire u from room if u not extend !! Unpolite treatment from some hotels like that . I don't prefer to go back to same hotel. I'm sorry for that ,, but that what happened with me .
