This hotel is very well located and attached to Al ghurair Shopping centre where there is a medium sized Carrefour supermarket, Centrepoint, Bath body and works, Marks and Spencer shop to name a few and several eateries and chemists. The metro station Union is about a five minute walk away. Easy access to everything as it is right in the hustle and bustle of Al Rigga. Taxis are readily available. The hotel is split into hotel rooms and apartments on each side. Both are accessed from 1st floor. There are 2 good sized swimming pools, with spa which you pay extra to access. There is a coffee shop in reception area open until late which offers cakes, sandwiches and coffees. Room service is 24 hours. TV selection is okay with a few English cinema films, CNN, Euronews and Travel channel. Apartments are spacious and well designed however furniture is dated and upholstery dirty and stained. Air conditioning in rooms weren’t always working properly. Kitchen area had large American fridge, washer dryer and kettle with coffee maker. No pods provided for Nespresso machine. No basic washing up liquid etc.. so going to supermarket next door will be a must to get basics. Bathrooms had Swiss shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Bathrooms were huge, modern and clean. Rain shower lacked pressure but did the job. Overall, a fantastic stay as apartment was huge, located in a good vibrant part of Deira, close to airport and staff extremely friendly and professional. Furniture needs updating and maintenance needs  to look into fixtures. I would recommend and I would return due to location and outstanding staff

Their service is amazing. Staff are friendly and every request was answered and acted on swiftly. Would be back for sure. Hotel is near the metro, malls, and restaurants.

Hotel is big & comfortable. Location in a busy street makes access by car to the parking worse. Spacious underground parking. I had an apartment with a view of the city. Extra large bed. Facilities good. I had a relaxing stay.

環境總體一般，設施老舊。早餐種類比其他五星餐廳種類少。門口保安會給叫非出租車送機場，價格是普通出租車的兩到三倍。如果乘客堅持自己打出租，即使女性長者拿多件行李，也不幫忙放後備箱，就在旁邊看着。周邊商場方便，餐飲多。

Из минусов: 1) В отеле идёт ремонт. Круглосуточные (24/7) работы перфоратором и молотком. Бессонные ночи. Смена этажа и комнаты не помогла. При включении кондиционера в комнате сильно пахнет краской. 2) Бассейн маленький и очень грязный. По периметру всё в голубином помёте, который смывается в вассейн. 3) На крыше соседних домов 4 баскетбольных площадки, где до поздней ночи (до полуночи минимум) проходят матчи каждый день. Очень громко кричат судьи в рупор/мегафон и визги болельщиков. Это профессиональные игры, народу много каждую ночь. Закрытые окна не помогают. 4) Азиаты сотрудники на ресепшене расисты, крайне неприятно. Чёрный парень на ресепшене отличный! Белый парень тоже отлично помог! Из плюсов: 1) Аппартаменты очень большие, всё нужное есть. Удобная кровать. 2) Уборка очень хорошая. В любое время можно позвонить на ресепшн и через 5 минут приходит сотрудник, приносит что нужно, убирает там, где покажете. 3) Рядом дешёвые магазины керфур, дей ту дей, гифт шопы, west zone, nesto 4) Метро рядом. Есть возможность спускаться на техническом лифте в конце коридора, далее налево пройти через ТЦ и выйти на улицу. Очень быстрый путь. 5) Из супермаркета Керфур продукты можно везти в тележке прямо до номера. Так делают все. 6) Отличная стиральная машина. После двухчасовой (самой длинной) стирки бельё почти сухое. Класс
