Первый раз столкнулся с тем что при бронировании в Trip.com выдает одну цену, но при начале бронирования выдает другую более высокую на 16-17%. Сам отель очень долго заселяет, выглядит все уже старым, потертым. Очень не уютно. В номере очень холодно, кондиционер выключил сразу, но даже утром все еще было очень холодно, завтраки очень слабые и происходит постоянная путаницы.

I went to Dubai for business and looked for hotels near business bay. I knew nothing about this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of service and the authenticity of the staff, especially Abdul, who made me feel like the President of the USA! I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but the reception helped me get a full refund and then booked the correct dates for the same price. After when I wanted to extend my stay for 2 days, they arranged this with minimum fuss. The staff really set the standard of service that every hotel should aspire to. The hotel itself is pretty but quite simply. The breakfast is excellent and provides everything you would expect. The room I stayed in was very spacious with a huge bed. The top floor gym was surprisingly well equipped, and the pool provided lovely views. I only wish the hotel was on the other side of the river because the traffic to get back from business bay can be extreme. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this to any business traveller.

Now this Stay was rather interesting. Villa Rotana is located in the heart of a shopping hub in Dubai. My stay was rather confusing, I was meant to meet up with some friends, of which they got lost in the process of searching for the hotel. Overall the Hotel has stunning views, friendly staff of which at the time I was also an employee. Wasn't that impressed by the food though, but truth be told most tourists usually do not dine in the hotel they are staying in.

Booked this hotel for 5 days and had a fantastic stay. Excellent service from all staff except ONE. I paid for bed & breakfast for 2 but my mum was fasting for the month of Shaban and white days so I took up some croissants for her as we were about to check out after an hour but I was stopped and interrogated by an non Muslim Indian worker for taking up croissants to my room. He made me feel like a criminal and interrogated me infront of other members of staff. This may not be their policy but Im not doing any crime but due to his bad behaviour, I was put off having breakfast myself that I paid for which I wanted to have once we had brought our luggage's down. My mum was very upset that I hadn't had anything as I am POD and its my entitlement that's paid and they had my favourites on the menu. Sometimes some certain behaviour can really upset individuals which staff need to be vary of. I paid for this service. Its not free… If this is how customers are served when fasting, I wonder how they will treat customers during the month of Ramadan who take up food to have for iftar. Basically, they don't allow this in a Muslim Country.

1. The staff was so lazy in allocating room despite of the fact that i have informed arrival time 2.room 201 that was supposed to be with Burj khalifa view infact had hardly view(16/01/25stay) 3. Red velevet chair had so many spots 4.the king size bed was not king size two single beds were merged very uncomfortable 5.breakfast variety was good 6.apartment had other amenities

1. I booked Burj khalifa view studio (16january room 201) and the room given to me had hardly burj Khalifa view 2. I was given assurance that i will be prioritised in allocating the room around 12noon however the room cleaning and room allocation took standard 2pm check in no extra mile given 3. Two single beds were attached whereas i had mentioned clearly king or queen bed 4.the red lying velvet chair was full of spot as wasn’t washed clearly 5.Breakfast items were good 6. It’s not worth what i had paid 7.metro other restaurants are nearby

The property has a prime location and the staff is just perfectly skilled, they do their job in a satisfying way, no more is needed. The breakfast is not only spectacular but well-chosen, the fruits are accurately selected, the fish menu is unique, not mentioning the hot dishes. The fresh juices are basic here, the coffee has original Italian taste. In the gym you can do your workouts, just near to the rooftop pool. The property is well-prepared to answer the tiniest inquiries as well, the rooms are extremely clean.

My stay at Villa Rotana was overall excellent, and the accommodation was good. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of one staff member at the reception desk, Anne. Anne's attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant. She insisted on not providing the room I had booked, which was quite frustrating. It seemed as though she was more focused on meeting some monthly target, as she persistently pushed for an upgrade that I neither needed nor wanted. When I declined the upgrade, she assigned me a smoking room, despite my clear preference for a non-smoking one. She assured me that I would be moved to a non-smoking room the following day, which was highly inconvenient given my short three-night stay. I was eventually moved to the correct room only on the last night of my stay. This experience was both disappointing and unprofessional. I urge the management to take appropriate action against such behavior, as it tarnishes the otherwise great hospitality standards that Villa Rotana aims to uphold. No guest should be subjected to such treatment.

The hotel is very simple, located near the highway. We got a room with a view on burj khalifa. The staff if very friendly. The room was spacious. They without problems installed 2 additional beds for our kids. Breakfast was ok, you can always ask to bring you some baked eggs even though it’s not exposed.

Villa Rotana very good hotel, I always stay here, friendly staff on reception , always happy to help, solve any issue very quickly. The cleaning is excellent thanks to Fahhem, the best staff by the pool and gym, super clean. And most importantly, this is the MANAGER of the hotel Youssef, the best manager in the world, the most attentive, friendly. Thanks to him the hotel always has a good atmosphere and is pleasant to stay in the hotel, feeling warm and cozy, like at home where you always want to return again and again!
