We recently celebrated our son's birthday at the hotel in Nassema Towers, and it was a truly memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Maria at the reception, who was not only friendly but went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her warm demeanor set the perfect tone for our stay. We’d also like to recognize Kashif in the concierge and his colleague (sorry we didn’t catch the name!)—both of whom were fantastic. They extended help even before we asked, always ready with a smile and proactive in making sure we were comfortable. The venue was beautiful, the service impeccable, and the staff truly made us feel like family. Thank you for helping us create such special memories for our son's birthday. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The house keeper today is Arshad, and did a great job. He is very professional and very polite. Thanks to him and hoping to always maintain him in the level 30 of the tower. This person needs to be supported by his supervisor and the tower management

Nassima Tower provided a smooth and comfortable experience during my extended stay. Tahzeeb and Saiphali from housekeeping were especially helpful, ensuring the apartment was always clean and well cared for. The staff responded quickly to minor maintenance requests — for example, when a light bulb needed replacing, it was handled without delay, which was greatly appreciated. Only one small point to note — more frequent cleaning of the exterior windows would help maintain the great views. A professionally run and pleasant place to stay.

Tahzeeb and arshad were my housekeeping assistant. Very neat and clean rooms in nassima tower. Daily cleaning facility and deeply cleaned. I’m very much happy will book a stay again. I am amazed and impressed. Water, tea everything available timely.

Staying at nassima tower has been memorable exprience.The housekeeping staff are toptuch specially Yaseen and umang has been providing very good services, the request provided by them is also fast and good. Location is very good and the very is very memorizing

Umaru, Khasif and Maria are responsible , approachable , a good listener and understable , they were all quite impressive but house keeping department and joy from reception aren't nice and even from the other staffs , they didn't know how to approach their guests in a good way , or should i say in a formal way of approaching their guests , they were only care about the guests paying somethings without damages or etc . i used their hotel handtowel and big towel for cleaning my mess in my hotel apartment room by wiping the tables and chairs , upon checkout they told me that i have to pay 195aed for the damages or overused towels . before i checkout i make sure that my hotel apartment room should a bit clean atleast before i left . joy and house keeping department are too much and they didnt know how to considerate people by showing kindness and consideration . the hotel is well cleaned with a lot of good quality amenities and spacious spaces around the area.
