Helpful staff - the check in was smooth, although bor check out the "pending hold" has still not been released despite it being 3 weeks since I have checked out so it's getting me a bit worked up! I wish the gym and pool was not under renovation because I would have enjoyed those especially on hot days!

Great experience to stay. However, swimming pool is not easy to use when it comes to changing suit. Only one person can use the changing room. Except that, the Hotel was brilliant. also Every staff is really kind.
