I came little bit early for early ✅, unfortunately they said no availability, but i think that's not true, anyway low than expected

Excellent location, very near metro. We have the room with excellent view - Museum of Future.

Location wise is very good, in front of the rail station. However, the main hotel front is closed, and I wonder why. Enter from the back door. It is an indulgence for me as I usually prefer hostels.

4 night I stayed there was no hot water ever day said they will fix hot water,they didn’t want to clean room I have to call them every 4 or 5 times until clean room,if I order ice they charging 10AED only ice,bathroom floor was Moldy,carpet in room was very dirty and bad smell,every time have to wait 10 minutes just to get the left no enough left in the hotel I don’t recommend any one to try My room number was (3306).

Amazing hotel with a great city view

They are unprofessional and hand over the rooms after one hour and 30 minutes late and their housekeeping. They are very slow. You have to call them more than three times to get whatever you need. 

The rooms were nice.l The rooftop pool was a bit disappointing as it was on top of the car park with a view of another car park but it did get the sun. The bar and restaurant on the 61st floor was closed during my visit and so that was also disappointing as I was very much looking forward to going there. The hotel entrance is literally 3 yards from the metro which made it an ideal location and only a 10-15 minute taxi ride from La Mer beach, costing only about £3.

I had the pleasure of staying at this high CP valuable hotel located in downtown, which boasts a fantastic location. With a metro station nearby and the Museum of the Future within walking distance, convenience is truly unparalleled. My room on the 44th floor had been recently renewed, offering a modern and refreshing ambiance. The staff here deserve special recognition for their kindness and attentive service, always ready to provide necessary assistance whenever required. Their genuine hospitality added greatly to the overall experience. While my stay was delightful, there are a couple of minor points worth noting. The AC tends to be overly cold and lacks controllability, necessitating manual switching off to reach a comfortable temperature. Additionally, bathroom water drainage can be easily blocked by hair, requiring removal of the decorative cover to clear the tray and avoid flooding. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in downtown. Its value and exceptional staff make it a standout choice.

Very good location. Unfortunately it is a bit outdated and needs a refresh. Facilities are good but you can get much more updated hotels in the area.

Smooth check in by Ms.Anjulina , proactive staff. Room service is prompt. Location is excellent near restaurants , nightlife, metro station right outside . Over all good and courteous staff.

Location is very nice. All was good. Just service was little bit slow as compared to other hotels in Dubai. They dont have any option for booking Burj Khalifa view, that is a minus point. If you book higher class room still you can get other side sea view.
