When I first entered my room all blankets and pillows were in the closet just like anyone cleaned the room. But, the next day was clear. The staff were very hospitable. I will stay next time.

We were very pleased with the Hotels location. The room was comfortable with a magnificent view. We added on for breakfast. The food was average, but adequate with a good variety, but nothing memorable. The staff could not have been more helpful from the housemaid and front desk and Restaurant. They all were very helpful and lovely. I would definitely recommend this as something good for the value and a wonderful location. Here are two photos from the window in our room

The room was decent. Location was great, walking distance to Dubai Mall. But the soundproof was bad, can hear contraction sound and also next door talking. Server was really nice and helpful, but the first day after checking in, it was already 11pm, we were almost asleep, and we got a phone call from the front desk telling us they forgot the charge for our second day’s tax. The phone ringing in the middle of the night scared us, and they insisted this need to need paid right now, so we have to go down bed to go pay for it. Not really happy about that, because why can’t you just do it tomorrow. Anyway, very affordable price in a really good location, so I will still recommend.

The room was old and filthy. Window was covered with dust that I could barely see clearly the scenery out from the window. Breakfast was awful. Food was all cold and stale. Fruits were not fresh & started to dry out. The only upside is that the room was quite spacious that makes the hotel barely touching the 4star rating.

It’s old and doesn’t worth compare to the price. But it has good breakfast menu

Overall it was okay. But the room was smaller than shown in the pictures.

The overall facility not good. Lift button in 21st floor was not working. No slipper in the room. The willow in the room too high for sleep. Not satisfied with this hotel.

Poor experience. waited for a long time when checking in. front desk said they are looking for room to upgrade me, but wait for 30 minutes to give me the original room. the fact is the room I booked was not ready, that was 5 pm. lots of stains in the bathroom, coasters for cups were used, smell of smoke in a non-smoking room.

I gave the lowest rating because the hotel was not in a good location. It was right in the middle of a busy highway with lots of traffic, and there was construction all around the hotel, filled with building materials and equipment. The hotel pool was under repair. The check-in process was slow, and many amenities were missing in the room, so we had to request them again. .I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
